Very unprofessional auto body shop. Dropped my truck off 7 days ago. Ray said it will be done in 7 to 10 days. After talking with Ray and the front desk office help they said to bring it in to get repainted to fix the burnt paint job from trying to buff all the runs and blemishes and fish eyes out. Buffing compound was left everywhere on the newly installed trim and hardware. 7 days later I called to see when the completion date will be, Office help said that they started the work and that she will have Ray call me back. Ray called and said no they didnt start the work and he had no clue what was going on, so funny he gone over the truck with me personally and agreed to repaint the truck so I dropped it off and now they say they will not honor there warranty work for the terrible service they provided. My windshield leaks paint on the dash board. you can see the sealer through the paint. This place cant even keep a Manager here let alone have competed people to do a paint job. Stay far away from this place Maaco does a better job then this slop shop.

They were absolutely amazing. These guys are on your side. Nationwide isnt. They tried to say damage from the accident wasnt from that particular accident. Caliber informed me about Nationwides decision, we didnt argue and I was able to get it repaired. My insurance went up more than it should have. But these guys are some of the best. My car almost looks brand new, and it runs just like it was bought yesterday. They informed me every step of the way and worked with me when I couldnt immediately pay my deductible. If you have a collision, you can bet they will fix it. My personal experience with them so far was excellent. Dave, the shops adjuster was very nice and honest. And the office was friendly as well. It was the best first experience dealing with a collision shop as well. Ive read so many reviews about other shops and this one topped them all.

I contacted Caliber Collision because it was recommended by USAA. David wrote my estimate in just about 10 or 15 minutes. They were able to schedule an appointment for the repairs during the estimate for the next Monday. They emailed me every day with the progress and called me once. I felt they wanted to meet my needs. When my car was done it looked fantastic, like it just rolled off the showroom floor. Not just the outside but inside too. Everyone I met was professional and super friendly. These people are top notch.

Horrible! Have waited 8 days when they told me 3 picked my car up and left to find out they didnt look over their work and my car was dead in a parkinglot. Along with non working windows and had been told to pick my car up when they went even open at 6 am. Over all this place has been one of the worst experiences Ive ever had
