I dropped my car at this location on 04/14 and told them that I will be out of the country until 4/23. I requested that they get the car ready by 4/23 and they said its very much possible. During my time outside the country, my wife was coordinating with them. In the next couple days, they said they needed some supplements to be approved by insurance and sent them to the insurance. However, on 04/20, I received a text message saying 63% of the repair is done and that the car is on schedule to be ready by 04/23. When my wife called on 04/23, they said it will not be ready and blamed the insurance for taking too long to approve the supplements. When asked the delivery date, they said 04/27. So, I called them first thing on 04/27 and they again blamed the insurance for the delay and said the car wont be ready until 04/29. They said it was being painted on 04/27 and will be assembled back & cleaned on 04/28... and it should be ready to be pick up on 04/29. I called again on the morning of 04/29 and I was stunned to hear that the car was still not ready. Again, they said the insurance caused the delay by not approving the supplemental. Then I said on 04/20, you said it was 63% done and it was on-schedule for a 04/23 pick up. The lady shouted me down and since I didnt want further delays, I let it slip. I have never put in negative reviews for any of my vendors in the past, but I was too upset and disappointed not to do it this time. I will not recommend this place to any friends and will definitely not be using them ever again.

I did and regret. Its okay to get the body work done from this shop if your car is not premium car and old or over 50K miles. I will not suggest this shop if your car is premium and fairly new. They dont know OEM specs either, I had to go back to dealer to get haedlights adjusted to specifications. They run behind quick money to get the car out the door and get over with it. They do the things (like break plastic plugs, removing plastic parts during the repair, misplace) and blame customer that they will not do such things and its missing even before. How is possible the car that never went into shop before given for exterior repair work and having minor missing interior parts? They expect customers will not be looking such things, some customer like me know their car well and double check and find these kinda things. Thats my experience(may be bad), others got better experience, decide yourself give your car for repair, PAY and get blamed for questioning? Crazy customer serivce!

I had a fender bender on my Honda Civic 07. Damage was above average. I researched places in the DC area that had a good reputation and Cascades came on top, so I sent my car there for repair..and boy..am I ahppy. They repaired the car 1 week early, I never went to the body shop, except to pick up the vehicle. The work was very good, well polished and the replacement parts looked perfectly in place. I actually thought my car looked better than before the collision... They also cleaned my car on the inside... I have had the car back for a week now and have not run into any defects. Electronics are working perfect and I think they serviced the vehicle for free (the engine is smoother :) :) ) great job..all in all I went thru GEICO so not sure of price..but quality of work was super

Cascades did a fine job to replace the front and rear bumpers of my Explorer. Vehicle was delivered in clean condition, repaired and painted with no sign of collision damage. Courteous staff responded to requests for information and updates. Initial estimate of $3k went up to $4k on the final bill – so beware of estimates (I knew it would be more than the estimate, but didnt expect that much variation). Also, they took 12 days instead of the estimated 10 days to fix. But work-wise – a fine job – well done.

Great Service. On time and ahead of time everything done. Very well explained about the condition of the car and repair to be done. Very professional in dealing with a customer. In the future I will always go to this place to have my car repaired because that they do a wonderful job and they know how to talk to people. People are excellent in their knowledge when it comes to having your car repaired and they make you feel confortable and relaxed when you go in there.

I took my car here twice after being rear-ended twice and both times they did a fantastic job! I highly recommend them. The front desk is very prompt and courteous. The reps walk around your vehicle before and after then kindly escorts you to Enterprise next door. When they returned my car they were wonderful and had vacuumed it out! Plus put all the stuff back in the trunk I moved to the back seat. Thank you so much Cascades Auto Body!!! Great job both times!!

I was extemely satified with Cascades Auto Body. Their estimate was lower than other Auto Shops and they gave me a choice of a lessor costly service because they felt and I agreed that some repairs were really not neccessary. They also buffed my car without charge and it looks great now. They completed the job on time and it didnt seem to matter to them service wise that my damage was minor

Poor customer service I was told 4 different times that they would call and let me know when my truck would be ready I did not get one call A job that should have taken a week stretched into two weeks They had my truck for 3 days before they pulled the bumper to know they needed more parts I was told that they are short handed and the new mechanics are slow I will not recommend them

I made an appointment with this shop and they just made my wife wait. She had to leave and there was no reschedule appointment given. I called the lady at the front desk and she just hung up because she was too busy to listen to a customer. Its like they dont give a damn or have a first hand clue about customer service.

I repaired two cars at this location, and they were awesome! After they have repaired one of my cars, it cracked after about a week or two. I took my car back to them, and without delays they honored it and put it me in rental car until they have fixed it. In summary; great place, excellent service.

Cascades was referred to me by my insurer and I must say they have been EXTREMELY user friendly and have updated me every step of the way. I appreciate the update calls from the Tech working on my Vehicle with a timeline on when they will be done. Excellent business and outstanding customer service!

You know Cascades Auto Body is that Place I love to hate, I love them because they always do a great job, done when I expect it to be done and its always a great job, and the Little touches of cleaning my car. There is no other place for me. I dont like being a frequent customer.
