Frederick Auto Body did an excellent repair on my car (Nissan Armada - Silver). The car was having damage on both sides, and after the repair is done, it looks like new again. The paint is perfectly matched with the original color and the dents are gone without replacing the doors. I can’t say thank you enough to the Manager, Kevin. I’m very please with their works at this auto body shop, and I’m very, very happy with my car after it repaired. The price is very chip compare to other places, and the time frame to repair is very promptly. A matter fact, they even repaired some scratches and dents beside the original quote with no additional charge. I’m absolutely recommended Frederick Auto Body to friends and family or anyone else. Thank you very much for a fantastic job – well done.

Extremely disappointed with the condition of my car when I picked it. Especially that they left deer blood on my wheel the entire time it was being fixed causing it to bake onto the wheel in the summer heat. Needless to say, after I picked the car up three weeks later, the blood did not completely come off. I couldnt wash it before drop off because I needed the insurance adjuster to see that I actually hit a deer. Your employees couldnt have rinsed it off? Disgusting. Also, my undercarriage was still dragging on the ground when I pulled away, I had to go back and all they did was cut it off...isnt that supposed to be replaced if it was damaged? I will never let them touch my car again.

This was my first time having to take my car to a body shop for work. I called my insurance company and they told me to get a few estimates for the work. I got a few estimates and submitted them to my insurance company. All of the estimates were higher than what my insurance company would pay for. A coworker referred me to frederick auto body, so I decided to take my car there. They said they would be able to do the job for the amount the insurance is covering and they would have it done for me the next day! Lo and behold when I go to pick it up the huge scratch is gone. The staff made this a great experience and I know where to go whenever I have car issues.

My recent experience with Frederick Auto Body was outstanding! While my past experience with other auto body shops led to some frustration around promises not fulfilled and scratches mysteriously reappearing after only a few weeks -not to mention issues with billing insurance, I am very satisfied with the top notch service provided by Frederick Auto Body. From the moment I left my vehicle to the employees to the quality, I was pleasantly surprised and would highly recommend Frederick Auto Body to everyone looking for honesty, integrity, and perfection.

When I got in an accident my insurance company sent me to another body shop in Frederick, but after asking my around I decided to take my car to Frederick Auto Body instead - and boy am I glad I did! Kevin and Will in the office were great to work with, they had my rental car waiting for me and took care of all the details with my insurance company. But the best part was when I came back and saw my car after it was fixed - it looked better than when I bought it! I will NEVER take my car to any other body shop, these guys are THE BEST!

This is my second time taking my car to Frederick Auto Body. I am so impressed. Both Kevin and Will are such a joy to work with and they certainly delivered what they have promised. My car looks brand new when I picked it up and the price they quoted me - its fair, even a bargain deal for me. I had two prior experiences in different auto shops, both time they delayed in getting my car fixed, the prices were over the top. Frederick Auto Body will always be my first choice going forward.

If you need auto body repairs to your vehicle I highly recommend Frederick Auto Body. My Toyota Sienna minivan needed repairs and the work that was done on my van was awesome, levels above any other auto body shop I’ve ever used! Customer service by the owner Kevin and his staff was completely professional. I had an unrelated issue with a rear pop out window leaking water and they handled that for me! When my 2013 Ford Escape was damaged a friend of mine referred me to Frederick Auto Body. I drove my car there where Will gave me a prompt written estimate. The estimate was so good I didnt even look around. They completed my work on time and did not exceed the estimate. The workmanship is top notch. My car looks like new again. The team at Frederick Auto Body are awesome! My vehicle was recently the recipient of a hit and run in a parking lot. Kevin and his team did an excellent job repairing the damage to my vehicle. Excellent and very professional quality auto body work.. Best place in frederick for sure, i will take my car here if i ever need anymore body work done. they fixed my rear bumper and my A/c for me and its looks great and car is cold as a fridge now!! never been this cold. highly recommend to anyone, ive had bad experiences with other body shops in the area doing poor work and they fixed it right up!!

By far the best experience Ive ever had dealing with an auto body shop. Kevin and Will were very personable and professional. They delivered exactly what was promised and made my car look great. I appreciated the fact that there was no attempt to sneak additional add-ons into my estimate or final tally. Great experience from start to finish. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this business.

Its rare to get such reliable, fast, and friendly service as I experienced at Frederick Auto Body. The manager, Kevin, has years of experience in auto salvaging and custom body work. By far the best the shop I have ever been too! The owner (Kevin) is the most honest and helpful body shop owner I have ever met. He treated my car as if it was his own and made sure to give me a very very fair estimate. The turn around time was very fast and the work completed was perfect! Dont brother going anyway else, Frederick Auto Body is the only place you need to go!
