I went to Burton for a rather small paint service - 3 spots that needed repainting. The price was just a bit less than other reputable dealers in the area. This was the first paint job on a rather new, 2008, Lexus with a factory paint surface. Four quarter panels were repainted and clear coating was applied. After I got home I noticed A LOT of dust or hair spots under the clear coat ... they were everywhere! I notified Burtons (Jason) and they agreed and told me that it was an easy fix to wet sand and that should clear everything up. It got rid of most of the dust spots but theres still quite a few. Jason said there was nothing they could do for the remaining (how about repaint? and get a good clean shop with a monster fan?). Im not too happy about this because I now have quite a few dust spots that were never there to begin with.

This is the only place in the Richmond area Ill use. Ive taken them a Toyota, Lexus and Porsche at one time or another. Got my Lexus back and one of the parking sensors wasnt working. May not have been anything they did as these parts do fail over time. But no problem, they replaced it without question. Big difference between them and Bruces. Got a car back from Bruces and the job was HORRIBLE. Then they acted like I was crazy to not accept their shoddy, sloppy workmanship. Bruces is right around the corner from my house and Burtons is a pretty good haul. But Id drive twice as far for quality, timely work which is exactly what I receive from Burtons EVERY time. And if you have an insurance job, Enterprise Rent-A-Car has a desk in the lobby. Just drop off your car and jump in the rental and go. Couldnt be easier.

Someone hit my parked car the day after Christmas in DC. I had to find a shop no more than 100 miles from there so I wouldnt have to pay for towing. Not only was Burtons 100 miles exactly, but it was the only shop with a load of great reviews. It lived up to every review. Initially, I was impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. They were always quick to greet you and answer any questions. Even more, if they spotted you pulling up, they would begin getting things together so that you could be in and out without out even taking a seat. As others mentioned, the service is amazing, and the quality of the final product always matches or exceeds the original look. Their thorough attention to detail, quality, and to the customer make Burtons the ideal shop for any paint and body needs.

Back in February of 2016 USAA selected Burton Paint and Body for the necessary insurance claim. My vehicle had an extreme amount of front end damage(nearly totaled). Miraculously, what looked to be impossible Burton made my vehicle look like it had just rolled off the showroom floor of a dealership. The customer service extended from the entire staff is by far something i wish every business could emulate. I am writing this review some months later as i just had a supplement claim. Again the staff was extremely helpful with getting my vehicle back on the road. Thank you for everything Burton Paint and Body.

Had used them years before and they did a great job so I went back....big mistake!! Have had nothing but headaches. Have gone back several times for them to fix things that should have been done right in the first place. They tried to return my car with a big dent in the hood. I noticed it right away so I dont know why they didnt see it. The hood was supposed to have been replaced with a new one. One of the headlights was out, the grill popped off twice, I am just waiting to see what else it going to happen to this car. Will not go back again!!

After our most recent snow storm, my car slid and suffered some damage to the subframe and wheel. As a USAA approved shop, this is the 2nd time Ive used Burton Paint & Body Shop and just like last time, am very happy with their service. Pat, Jill and the entire staff were very professional and kept me up to date on the status of my vehicles repairs. I will happily use them again for all future body and paint work! I came in because of a hit and run on my bumper. I told them that I needed the car back in 4 days because I was headed back to school. There were able to get the bumper cover, paint, and install it within a 24 hour time frame and I had my car back the next afternoon. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, and I could not have asked for a better experience. I will definitely be using Burton Paint and Body Shop again!

I was referred to Burtons by my insurance company. I had nothing but a wonderful and positive experience. From the time that I dropped my car off and then came back to get it, I had a great experience. I was extremely happy with the work that they did. Additionally, they communicated with me what was happening every step of the process. Highly recommend.

I was recently in an accident. I went to Burton and the experience was flawless. The insurance adjuster, the car rental and the repair went seamlessly. Burton used all OEM parts based on my request and worked with my insurance to get them approved. They got all the repair work done within 2 days...couldnt have asked for anything better!

Unfortunately, I have had a very terrible experience with this shop. First, the work done to my car was not completed properly, then after bringing my car back to the shop because of their faulty work, I was not only treated poorly, the shop has still not repaired my car as promised. I would NOT recommend this shop to anyone.

Burtons took care of me! After having my bumper painted by someone else, I took it to Burtons in hopes of a better job. The staff was very helpful and the bumper looks fantastic. I am giving Burtons 5 stars because Google wont let me give em 5.5 stars. Well done indeed!

My bumper got ripped off and my insurance company (USAA) referred me to Burton. They were thorough and professional in all respects. I cannot think of a single complaint. Plus they finished my work 2 days before it was originally due.
