Employees at Matchless Body Works do not care about their customers. After I was hit by a reckless driver, my car was towed and later taken to body works by the insurance company. I went to pick up my car only to find during that time someone had stolen my stereo head unit. The only people with access to keys were body shop workers, who apathetically told me their policy suggested I remove valuables from the car before taking it to the shop. Stereo head units take DIN tools to remove, or are bolted on with removable pieces of the interior. I did not expect, nor was I forewarned that taking out "valuables" also meant unscrewing and removing parts of my car which had become nearly permanent. I guess I should have made a bigger priority of removing my stereo while I was trying to exchange information, file a police report, get the car towed and find a ride home. Whats more disturbing than Matchless Body Works lack of security, is the fact that they cannot spare a shred of compassion for their own customers, who are paying money for a service. Matchless Body Works is a shameful example of an establishment with no sense of responsibility or customer service. A grim portrait of a business culture I fear is becoming more and more prominent today.

I worked with these guys for a few months and couldnt believe how great their work was. The paint team is impeccable and the body shop guys put so much care into their work and making sure they restore all vehicles to a like new condition and ensure a vehicle is structurally sound before a customer ever gets back into it. The owner, Fran, is a great guy and has been there since the 80s. Im sad I had to leave the shop but I can assure their quality of work, it is matchless.

Completely honest and their work is flawless. They honer their quote. When they were finished my car looked new. The customer service was great, I worked with Jay and he was amazing in helping me understand what needed to be done and what my options were. I highly recommend Matchless over anyone else. Also the body painter matches everything 100%. Quite impressed!

Matchless Body works has great customer service and friendly staff. I have no Idea what the other reviewer was talking about. I have always taken my vehicles to Matchless and they have always done a great job. My vehicles have always come back to me looking better then ever. Matchless has been in business for over thirty years so you know they do good work.

The guys worked on my jeep a couple of years ago after a collision, they did an awesome job and even buffed out a few scratches out for me. I wont even think about going to another place, great service and work all around. Its nice to see people actually enjoy what they do and go the extra step to help you out.

Professional and courteous I was sent to Matchless Body Works by my insurance co. They went out of there way to make sure I was up to date on my car and answered all question I had about the repair process, my car looks better than it did when i bought it. cant say enough great things about them.

Matchless did some repairs and repaint my car this month. It was indeed matchless as far as the paint job is concerned. My car has a special blue color that is hard to match, but Matchless did a great job. They are very helpful and professional, I will go there again anytime.

Great guys throughout the shop. Brought in a motorcycle piece for them to paint, and even though thats not an area of expertise for them, the piece came out perfectly and the color match is flawless. Price was spot on as well. Highly recommend!
