Ive been going to WT since I had my first car at 18 years old. Today at 24, I continue to bring my car here simply because theyve always gone out of their way to make sure the job gets done right and always for a fair price! Take today, for example. Ive got a high mileage car that plenty of shops would look at and just add up the costs of unnecessary repairs simply because Im a dummy who knows nothing about what my car actually needs. Not Mike. He has always told me exactly what I need to make the problem go away, and what to be aware of for the future as I continue to put more miles on it. What might have been a thousand dollar repair at a dealership cost me less than two hundred dollars. What a great early Christmas gift, saving tons of money! From my MR2 to my Bonneville, Mike has always been my go-to-guy. One time I even had the car towed all the way from Richmond to his shop just because hes the only person I trust with my cars! For as long as I live in the NOVA area, I cant see myself taking my cars anywhere else. TRUSTWORTHY AND FAIR FOR AS LONG AS IVE BEEN A CUSTOMER!

I brought my car to WT for a bad transmission. The owner Mike said they dont do rebuilds and wanted to put in a used one. While the car was there I asked him if they could look at the A/C unit because the A/C was not blowing cold. Mike told me the A/C was at no charge. Since I wanted a rebuild I went to put my car up from W.T. I paid Mike the $95 for looking at the trans. BUT, he then charged me $95 for adding A/C refrigerant. After going back and forth with him he dropped the $95 A/C fee and I signed the car our. And hour later a tow truck from a real transmission place picked the car up. During that time Mike admitted to draining the refrigerant from the car. He had NO RIGHT touch the car AFTER I had signed it out. Now the car has an A/C compressor problem. Mike was dishonest and rude. When I picked the car up he was arguing with other customers at the counter. Waste of time and money!

I went to this shop for an estimate on a touch-up job on my bumper and got quoted what I thought was a high price. The guy who gave me the estimate later told me that the cost could go up if they found anything else wrong with the bumper, which made no sense to me. All I wanted was a touch up on a scratch on my bumper, not for them to find "other" dents or scratches that would UP the cost. Long story short, I got two other estimates, both a lot cheaper. The one I went with was $200 cheaper and the service was excellent.

Brought my car in for a dash light problem. Turned out to be a sensor. As it turned out, the part was under warranty. I guessed the part and labor to probably be around $80-120. They replaced it and charged the part and labor to the manufacturer. The guys down there did not double dip and come after me for labor. Im originally from St. Louis and a good mechanic was something I drover 40 miles for. These guys are good "and" honest.

Have tried to use WT for local, non-major service for many years. Lately, they seem much less interested in doing inspections and other minor jobs. Although it seems that they are very anxious to accommodate some customers, particulary their Korean customers. Thats all fine but they should then not hold themselves out as wanting new customers or to do inspections and similar. I will be going elsewhere. Jim Fairfax, Va

Went in to get a state inspection. I was rejected; I went and got all the work done. I went back and they told me because I had a crack on my back tale light that i would still fail. How is this possible? They never answered my question. NEVER GOING BACK!

The most honest repair shop I have EVER been to. The work is impeccable and the guys are fantastic. Im moving out of Fairfax next month but will gladly drive the 15 miles (30 drive time, thx DC traffic) to keep bringing my cars here. Highly recommend!

i went here to get my windows tinted and he over charged me by at least 100 dollars! i found out that he was driving my car about 7 miles to another shop. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAT HERE
