Someone backed into me as I was backing up in a parking lot. Damaged my left rear quarter panel and bumper some. Not too extensive, but still some decent Damage. The other guy was at fault, and his insurance covered all the repairs (approx $1000) After looking a lot on car forums, and looking at google reviews, I went with this Shop. I am glad I did. I have a 2007 Honda Civic SI, 4 DR and its got a unique "Habenero Red Pearl" color. I dropped the car off on Monday evening. And it was done and ready for pickup Saturday morning. They had repaired the damage, and repaired the quarter panel, bumper and blended into my trunk lid, wing on the trunk, and even left rear door. I could not tell at all where they stopped painting at all. It blended in perfectly. The body and panel gaps were also perfect. It looked like the accident had never happen. They also go above and beyond. I had a small dent in my bumper from backing into a license plate while parking, about the size of a dime, in the center of the bumper. A little bit away from the damage area. They fixed that for free. I also had a small tear on the opposite side of the bumper, the passenger side, and they fiberglassed the back of the bumper to tie it together again, and made it look like it never happen! I even had some deep scratches on the quarter panel, above the drivers door (its one long piece that goes up to the windshield) and they repaired that too. This is why I say they go above and beyond. I had pointed out the scratches and the dent in the bumper, but not the tear, but they still fixed that too!! When I picked up my car, they had also cleaned the windows, and vacuumed the inside. I was shocked they would even go that far since they probably never even had to get in my car except to drive it in and out. Mikey is the one that handled my experience at the shop, and hes a great guy. They were very professional, and called me on Tuesday evening to update me on some changes in the repairs, which they had already gotten approved through the insurance to do the extra work. I didnt have to call them once to pester. They also didnt delayed at all, or push back the date for pickup. It was done when they said it would be done. I would definitely use these guys from now on.

This was by far the worst experience Ive had with a car shop. I only brought my car here because it was the only option that wasnt a chain presented to me by the insurance company covering the cost of my repairs. When I brought my car in for an estimate I was greeted with a disgruntled, "its not the best time for an estimate." Granted it was a rainy day, but I had called before showing up and was told I could bring it any time that day even though it was raining. That should have been my first red flag at the quality of service I would receive. When repairs were complete, there was a small chipped section that had just been painted over and the gravel guard was painted on to "match" the existing paint. Hardly a match. I was then told that the chipped parts were old damage and that the accident had nothing to do with it. I had picture proof that it did! I asked them to redo it and the response was "there are worse things going on with your car than that." I know my car is old, but if you take pride in your work then I expect that quality regardless of the condition of my car. They redid the paint job and when I picked up my car the rear view mirror fell off the windshield not even a mile down the road. At first I thought it was just my dumb luck, but then I found a cross I usually have hanging on it broken in two pieces hidden in a pocket of my car. It was obviously not an accident. Needless to say, I will never be back and could never recommend this place to anyone if you expect any level of quality and professionalism.

Took my car in to Cedar Park for an estimate. Had a scrape along the side, both doors and wheel well. Estimate for repair was over $1500 as "needed to repair and repaint doors and wheel panel", definitely not bump out and buff. Few minutes later, took car for a 2nd estimate. Guy took a cloth with paint thinner, wiped the scrape along the door panels and voila - no damage underneath except for one small dent, charge $0. Perhaps when the work was done they would have discovered that the damage was not extensive but this does not inspire confidence. I wont be returning.

Following a not so great parking job by me, I was in need of a new bumper for my Subaru Forester. The staff at Cedar Park were helpful and quickly drew up a quote. There was no pressure to choose them and I compared before deciding to go with Cedar Park. The work was done to a high quality and expediently. Their email service kept me appraised of progress and the staff were accommodating in picking me up from the metro to collect the car. An excellent level of service and work.

The team at Cedar Park Auto Body are great! They got my repair done in record time, charged me exactly what was quoted, and were friendly and professional. The work, of course, was done perfectly. You cant even tell there was any damage in the first place. I highly recommend Cedar Park Auto Body!!

I had a great experience at Cedar Park. My repairs were well-done and ahead of schedule; not to mention, Larry worked with Enterprise Rent-a-car and USAA to handle my rental and to coordinate payment. Thanks guys.
