I have been to Collision Specialists on more than one occasion, both times were for substantial body damage to a basically new car. Each time the work was so well done that I could not see any evidence that there had been any damage. Most recently I needed to have a repair done but could not find the time to drop off my car, Al, the gentleman who I had been dealing with offered to pick up the car in Alexandria and or get me a rental car free of charge. I ended up just dropping off the car on my way out of town, I would be gone for a week so I had my brother pick up the car when the repairs were complete so that I could pick it up at his house when I returned home. When I arrived and saw my car I was very pleased with the quality of work, as I looked the car over I noticed a big dent on the driver door! The car had been in front of my brothers house for a week, having dealt with body shops before I was certain that I would be paying for yet another repair especially since the damage likely occurred in front of my brothers house. I called Al and asked if he could send me a quote based upon some cell phone photos, he said that they could definitely fix the dent, what happened next was unbelievable, he said just bring it in and they would fix it for free since I was a good customer, I couldnt believe it. The dent was pretty bad so I figured that there would be some evidence like a ripple or a scratch but there was nothing, it was absolutely perfect. These guys have a customer for life, I would highly recommend this shop to anyone. I hope that this super long review is helpful to anyone out there looking for a quality shop that works fast, does a spectacular job and stands by their work 100%.

Got into an accident and went to these guys as they were the closest USAA approved repair shop to my house. The work looked great (damage was mostly cosmetic), but it took them a few days longer than expected to complete it. Then, a few weeks later, my car randomly stopped working (I have a brand new 2013 Kia Rio). It completely locked up and would not shift, and no matter how much I revved the engine the car would not move. I called the Kia hotline and got a towtruck to take me to the nearest Kia dealer. I talked to them today on the phone, and they determined that someone had loosened the transmission plug on my car and all my fluid leaked out. They said this is incredibly rare (less than 1% occurrence) with cars this new, and it was evident that it had been tampered with. When looking at my records, the last place I had work done on my car was at the Collision Specialists. Also, because they could prove that it had been tampered with, the repair was not covered by my warranty. Additionally, my transmission was almost completely destroyed, and it wouldve costed me a couple grand to repair. Luckily the Kia technician said that it seemed to work OK after replacing the fluid, so it should only cost me a few hundred dollars. Do not trust these guys, they are extremely shady. Look elsewhere if you can, Ill never get my car fixed here again. Hopefully I wont get into another accident and have to choose a USAA approved location, otherwise Ill just go to Kia.

I took my car to Collison Specialists to have some deep scratchs ( down to the metal) removed from the rear quarter panel. While this was a small job the car was only 6 months old and I really wanted a perfect repair. I worked with Jose from estimate throught completion. Jose was great! He provided me a complete explanation of what the repair would entail and how long it would take. I schedule the repair and dropped the car off the next week. They repainted the scratched area and the result was perfect ! The repair was done on time and I received a text messages regarding completion status. Just as important as the quality of the repair was the condition of the car when I got it back. Exterior and interior were as clean ( probably cleaner ) then when I dropped it off. In addition there was no presence of any oders (paint/cleaners/etc). Im pretty particular about the car, but everything was perfect. I should mention how nice Jose was. Friendly, easy to work with and provided lots of good information. I forgot her name but the woman working the desk was super friendly as welI. I also took another older vehicle that has rust on both rocker panels in for a estimate. Jose spent a lot of time with me outling options and potential issues assoicated with this type of repair. Bottom line is that based on my experience I would highly recommend these guys and plan to use them in the future. Really impressed !!

After a lot of damage was done to the front of my car in an accident, I wasnt sure who to bring it to in Fairfax, as I am new to the area. I am so glad I drove past the Collision Specialists of Fairfax. They are everything you want in an auto body shop. My car looks brand new! It was fixed in a timely manner, returned to me cleaner than when I brought it, and it was washed and waxed, as well! I cannot believe it. The Collision Specialists of Fairfax went above and beyond to make sure I understood the work they would be doing and what needed to be fixed, etc. The customer service is impeccable. Everyone was friendly and polite. More conveniences: the relationship they have with the Enterprise up the road made my rental car experience so easy! They even let me leave the rental car in their parking lot and Enterprise picked it up for me. Additionally, by offering later hours during the week and weekend hours, it was easy for me to make time to drop off and pick up my car (considering I work during business hours). Overall, if I ever have trouble with my car again--I will be bringing it to the Collision Specialists of Fairfax. I highly recommend them to anyone facing issues with their vehicles.

I would like to say thank you to Mr. Marshall and his staff for wonderful experience at Auto collision at Fairfax. I brought my 2014 750 LI BMW to him with some front bumper issues and it needed to be repaired. Mr. Marshall advise me when he pulled the bumper off he would get back with me and let me know what the cost would be. After doing so they was completely upfront and honest about every clipand bracket dealing with the bumper that needed to be replaced, I have been to a many body shops in my days but this is one body shop that I felt took good care of my vehicle.They were very honest and upfront about every detail, even down to the date and time after receiving the parts on when I was going to receive my car back. They met my high-quality standards of an auto body shop, this will be the only body shop that I will use from here on out. I recommend this body shop to everyone if you want to great job done. Thank you Mr. Marshall and the Auto collision of Fairfax staff for making this experience as painless as possible, you are all the greatest!!!
