Satisfied Customer: This is me second attempt to publish this review. I have been dealing with this body shop for several years and has always received excellent customer service which is the reason for me to be repeat my visits whenever there was a need for auto body work. My 97 Cadillac needed a door replacement for a hit and run. The work was completed and you couldnt tell there is a new door. Months later a squeaking noise developed coming from the door and I took the car back and was done with a smile free of charge, with a smile. This is the excellent customer service anyone would be happy to receive and create pleased repetitive customers. I highly recommend this shop for all my friends.

From my personal experience of this shop is very unprofessional. This shop repaired my vehicle, however there were items stolen out of my car. I spoke with the owner about this concern instead I received a verbal backlash from the management. I could not even get an apology and I was willing to let it go, but no.VERY Poor service for customers. I would recommend Northern Virginia Auto Body right up the road near Sunoco gas station. If you do go here, take all items out of vehicle worth more than $5 dollars. This company completely disgusts me.

Honestly I wouldnt give them a single star but I had to rate them. They suck! We had the $19.99 deal for renting the Uhaul. We were also required to put gas in the car, cool. Well they charged me $62.99 not including the gas I put in the car all because they charge for mileage.... Now whats the point in paying gas I am paying for the mileage too? Also they never informed me of that and I also asked of there were any other fees. They are LIARS unhelpful and rude. Would never go there again and wouldnt recommend it to a single soul.

The person that runs this place is very nice and friendly. He treated my kids very well. I had no problems at all and everything worked out great. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone. Ive also had the chance to use a U-Haul for an in-town move and interacted solely with Dominion Auto Body for this experience. We were charged exactly as we were supposed to be charged in accordance with the rates set by U-Haul.

I recently had my car painted here at half the price of many of the other places in the area. The Service was excellent. The staff told me exactly what they would be doing, kept me updated on the progress and seemed very proud of their work, which made me happy. The car looks great. I left my ipod, money in the consul, and a new car stereo my friend gave me in the car, and nothing was missing, or messed with.

Ive been an automotive technician for over 15 years now and people constantly ask me if I know a good body shop... This is the only one I recommend. The staff is friendly, work is done professionally and in a timely manner, and prices are very competitive. I wouldnt go anywhere else.
