Damage on Vehicle: I Sanded down clear coating on my car attempting to buff down a scuff from awhile ago. Repair: Buffed an polished Cost: None R & D Collision Center is BY FAR the BEST auto body I have ever been to. Excellence might not even be enough to describe how I felt about my experience. I had no appointment as this was self induced damage from my stupidity. I called and a gentleman, Richard, said to come on by to take a look. I had little hope of anything getting done as I was in town for only two days and wasnt going to be able to schedule an appointment. However Richard took my car to the back and 10 minutes later, shows me what he did. He removed all of the highly visible marks at no cost. I plan on coming back to finish off the rest of the scratches and dents on my car later in the year with full expectation to pay what this company deserves. Businesses like R & D give me hope that there are still good people in this world. 10/10 I HIGHLY recommend this place to ANYONE who appreciates top-notch customer service.

After some flyaway tire took my bumper off I got many estimates. R&D gave me the least expensive estimate and I am incredibly happy with the outcome. Gloria, the front office lady & Richard, the bodywork expert, are fantastic!! Not only did Richard do an amazing job repairing & reattaching a bumper with broken clips that prob should have been scrapped but I swear he even buffed out and/ or painted some dings in my doors!! When I got my car back the bumper looked like new & so did the rest of the car!! I was thrilled when I picked up my car b/c the tires were clean & shining, the body & paint were perfect & the inside was cleaned & fresh. Its rare to find someone who goes above & beyond what youve asked of them but Richard at R&D did & Id highly recommend R&D to my friends & family

I do not understand your review. I have not repaired any vehicle with your name. I take reviews very serious and if you have mistaken our shop with some elses, please remove your review. R&D is simply put, the absolute best body and repair shop anywhere ever. On four occasions have I used their bodywork services and each time I came away completely satisfied. If ever I need bodywork done on my car again in the future Ill be returning here. To the negative reviewers I have this to say, You can please some of the people all of the time you can please all of the people some of the time, but you can never please all of the people all of the time.

I have been a customer of R& D for almost 20 years. OK, the place is small but boy does it do superior work in that small space. Living close to the Washington DC area I do not think Rick and crew has not done some work on every car I and my wife have owned. Excellent work, delivers on time and on price. Easy to work with. That is why we keep going back.

Arrived for a estimate for damage to my vehicle. Service was prompt and courteous. My only complaint is my name was misspelled on the written estimate after I spelled it out very slowly and I corrected the gentleman twice on my phone number and he said "I got it", so I thought maybe he just makes his 7 to look like a 5. No he got that wrong also.

3 months ago I had a car accident and I took it to r&d collision..they took 2 months to get my car done but not only that I took it 4 more times to get it right they do a horrible job also they take advantage of people who doesnt know about body works!!! n messy work! I recommend for you guys to go to a different shop!!! take my advice!!!

This is a small business with great service. Its not pretty and the first time I took my car there I had my doubts, but they looked the car over while I waited and when the issue turned out to be a $2 fix, they gave me the part for free and sent me on my way. I was sad to move away and have to find a reliable mechanic all over again.
