In many respects, this experience was unpleasant and a bit frustrating: - Work not requested or explicitly stated not to be done was done and charged; situation relatively resolved by directly contacting my insurance. Initially, i was paying for the repair, so i left the car for estimate (free), and explicitly said not to do anything until i confirmed. The same day i opened the claim with the insurance and at noon, before any thing had been done to the car, i called to not do anything to the car as the insurance required me take my car to another location for the insurance to cover the repair, and that i would pick my car up later. Then i went, and the contact said it was disassembled. Then the next day the person wanted to charge me for whatever they did i said NOT to do. - Repair took much longer than expected; previous experiences at other locations for similar repairs took a couple of days. - Email updates were unsubstantial: "repair is ongoing" or "contacting insurance to finish work"... It should include pitures of the repairs, or say "we need more time on the body shop" ... Or details on "body shop done, painting will happen tomorrow". I did not receive more than one call in the whole repair period. I had to call to get more clarifications. - Repair finished 2 days after the initial ETA date. There was absolutely no communication on why the delay. - When finally picking up my car, my car had one more dent, and the spare tire space was extremely dusty. They took my car back and repaired/cleaned on the same day. Later after pickup, i noticed the interiors showed traces of the same dust throughout. In places, the dust seemed wiped with a wet cloth leaving traces of dirty water in the dash behind the wheel. Also the window switches (hard to reach places) showed dust also.

This has been the most pleasuring experience I have ever had! being in the customer service field myself I understand how important it is to have outstanding customer service. Adam Wortman is a model employee for that facility. He is extremely kind and courteous. He was able to answer all my question in the clearest way possible. With his expertise an experience I felt 100% comfortable with every decision he made. Not only was his customer service exceptional, but he had my vehicle back to me with in 3 days! Just from observation while being there he leads the way in that facility. He is driven and focused lending a helping hand to everyone around him! I am still in awe about Adams outstanding customer service. That facility is luck to have a model employee like that. He has the makings to own that facility (Im surprised he isnt already Service Manager) He is a complete asset to that business. Because of him if I need any type of work on my precious Volvo I will only go to Adam at Caliber Collision in Fairfax! Keep up the good work Adam even though you make it look easy! I truly appreciate your integrity and kindness. I will send everyone I know directly to you Adam! Thanks for restoring the RHYTHM to my life! GO CALIBER COLLISION!

Under promise and over deliver is not Caliber Collisions mantra. I was told a week to week and a half and 20 days later I got my car back and then they still needed me to bring it back for a couple more pieces to replace. I had to call or email about the status as they were not proactive about providing me regular/periodic updates or to tell me why there were delays. I will say they did a good job, but overall, it was a frustrating experience. I would not take my car back there again.

I dropped off my 2014 Range Rover for simple rear bumper repair. when i picked it up 3 weeks later, my two high end sunglasses worth nearly $700 were missing. In addition, someone had taken the car for a joy ride to the tune of 500miles. I have all paper work to prove that someone had put an additional 500miles on the vehicle during those 3 weeks that they had the car. I have filed a police report for larceny of the sunglasses, and for unlawful use of a vehicle

Horrible customer service.I was waiting there for 15min while the guy at the front desk was talking. A male customer came and told him that he would be with him shortly. He made it seem like I was not there . I said excuse me and very rudly he responded "DONT YOU SEE THAT IM WITH A CUSTOMER " I waited even more and when he finally talked to me I asked him if I could get and estimate for the scratch and he responded that we cant do that today

My wife had body work done here and so did I. They did an amazing job and were very friendly. Im taking my car back to touch up the front bumper from another body shop that didnt paint it correctly. Highly recommend this place for body work and paint.
