I wish there was an option for zero stars. This place is terrible. I was in an accident and sent it there due to the at fault insurance companys recommendation. That turned out to be a huge mistake. The FIRST time they told me they were "finished" with my car I refused to accept it. The accident caused damage to the drivers side fender and bumper. When they called me to come pick it up, I arrived and looked at the car. They painted the bumper but did not straighten it out. There was still a huge indentation where I had been hit. I brought it to their attention and was told that "This is the best its going to get without replacing the bumper", and that he was "pretty sure the insurance company (Progressive) was not going to replace it". So I called Progressive and told them that this was unacceptable. They still would not replace the bumper. After another couple of days they called me back again. The bumper was a little better, but still not perfect, as it was before the accident. While the car was there, I decided to have them do some other work that I had been wanting to get done for awhile anyway, so they took out a small ding in the door with their "PDR" (paintless dent repair) method. The work itself was ok, but now I had 2 new scratches in my door that were not there before, which they refused to acknowledge fault on. While all of this is bad enough, the final straw came a couple of days after taking delivery of my car. I ALWAYS leave my fog lights on. In traffic on the way home, I noticed that they were not on so I flipped the switch to engage them at which point ONE of them came on. Of course, no fault admitted. Every now and then, someone comes along and restores a bit of faith in humanity. This shop did the complete opposite of that for me. They didnt care at all about the job and they didnt care that I knew they didnt care. I am still absolutely livid, but there is not much that I can LEGALLY do, so I WILL search out ANY and EVERY outlet that will allow me to attempt to put into words the absolute disgust that they left me feeling so heavily. I sincerely hope that they never get another customer or the chance to screw that said customer over as they did me.

I called this shop to get a very, very vague and general estimate for painting a car. They refused to offer even the most general of information such as a very loose and non-binding price quote. I went so far as to notify the person on the phone that I would not hold them to any number stated with the understanding that it would be dependent on many factors. All I wanted was a general number, rule of thumb, for budgeting information. They refused. Great to see that the cost to paint a car now equates to Top Secret level security data at Gorman and Sons. If you want a quote prepare to drive down and waste about 15 - 30 minutes of your time if the quote is wildly off base. Browns Body Works will give a general estimate and is more than happy to consult with you in general terms over the phone.

We offered anyone the chance to bring your vehicle to our shop to get a free estimate for your repairs in person. Unfortunately quotes given over the phone are not accurate enough to benefit you and the cost to paint a car is not a top secret but each vehicles repair is different and does require that one on one evaluation. We like to give our customers our full attention when they come by for an estimate. Hope this is helpful to you.

I referred a very good friend who had a bad run in with a deer. The vehicle should have been a total loss but Barry and his staff had the vehicle towed from Gloucester and repaired it for him at an affordable price, and in a week!. He had one minor issue and Gorman and Sons stood behind all that they did and repaired a minor rattle at no charge while he waited. My friend was very pleased and will be back in the future.

I could not be more pleased with Gorman & Sons! They exceeded in making my car look brand new after some people throwing rocks over an overpass shattered my windshield and dented and scratched a few other spots. You would never know anything had happened to it! Their customer service is amazing and far superior to any other company Ive ever dealt with. Needless to say, extremely impressed!

They have a great staff and do quality insurance work. This shop is conveniently located near the airport and they arranged a ride for me to catch my flight. while I was gone the repairs were completed and when I went to pick up my car it was flawless. you could never tell it had ever been wrecked. Id recommend them to anyone.

Gorman & Sons team took very good care of me! My poor jeep was mangled after hitting a deer. They took care of everything, even dealing with the insurance company. My jeep is in better then new condition and the repairs were performed in under the time scheduled. Thank you guys!!

I use Gorman & Sons at least once a month, so it seems, and I have NEVER had any complaints. The staff at Gorman & Sons has always been helpful, courteous and prompt with their service. They do outstanding work and my vehicle always returned to me looking like new!

Horrible. They could have cared less about the condition of my vehicle and it was not returned to me in the condition it was prior to the damage that was done by the fault of someone else. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
