This is the 2nd time I have taken one of my vehicles here and sadly it will be the last. The manager was very kind and tired to do all he could to help HOWEVER his implication on something I did not do bothers me to my core. This body shop stated to me that they did a "Quality control check" ....This could not have been further from the truth. They spilled something all over my truck liner and threw my child stroller on top of it. After the manager brought me my car because initially I was only given an hour and half notice on a Friday I never did a full inside out check...I was at work. BIG MISTAKE. The manager explained I could bring it today and to accommodate it was early which I appreciate but to imply that I did it its so absurd and I DO NOT do business with people who blame the mishaps of employees on customers. I am so flabbergasted at this I will not stop until I talk to the top guy of the body shop. Her stroller which was $180.00 will have to be trashed because nobody can own up the the type of chemical they spilled in my car. This is not ok.

STAY AWAY. Ive had to 2 worst experiences using this shop. First one back in 2014 when i took my honda civic for a repair and scratches. After I payed in the office they brought my car only to find out they did not repair the visible scratches on the door. I told the man that the job wasnt finished and then he replied to me saying "I dont see anything, in a egoistic tone" (he was standing 10 feet away and would not even bother to get close and see the scratch. I told him I was not taking the car back and that I was going to contact my insurance. He said thats fine and took the car back in. 5 minutes after I was on the phone he says that he used a rag and that the scratches disappeared. He brought back my car and it was so visible that they had quickly buffered the scratches because of the round dust of particles. (I worked in an autobody shop before) WORST EXPERIENCE. DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE to step in this "Honda" shop.

I had to go to them unfortunately for the last couple of times. My experience each time has gone from not so good to bad and now to worst. I try not to judge based one or two experiences. But with my experience with them in my last three visits, I will never go back to them. I regret going back to them. They have no respect for customers and are very rude (all four people I have dealt were not customer friendly). I regret going to this body shop and next time if the insurance company forces me to go there, I will switch to a different insurance company. Both times they did not repair well and car was not even cleaned. Even though Geico has setup appointment and scheduled, they acted as if I showed up without appointment. They were asking me for a check when I came to pick up the car, when they can directly charge to GEICO.

Dropped off my car after a small fender bender, when I picked it up the auxiliary port for the stereo wasnt working. I came in and calmly explained the situation-- In the 6 years that Ive owned the vehicle (purchased new) I have never had a single issue with this, and when I picked up my car it was immediately not working. Their response was essentially "not our fault" and they told me to take it to a dealer. Their explanation was that this is a coincidence that it broke for the very first time in 6 years of owning the car while it was with them for repairs. Maybe it was a coincidence (honestly) but Ill never recommend this place to anyone for their lack of accountability and defensiveness as if I was trying to exploit them to fix a broken auxiliary port.

I cannot in good faith recommend this body shop. Brought my Honda Accord in for minor rear bumped damage. The body shop decided that they could "repair" the bumper. After about a week and half picked up the car. The bumper was still bent out of shape, did not align with the side of the car, and did not align with the trunk. The paint job also showed signs of damage from the rear end accident. The car had to go back to receive a new bumper cover. Overall, it took almost a month to get a basic bumper repair completed due to their poor craftsmandahip. The body shop was nice and didnt put up a fight to fixing the bumper, but it is something I shouldnt have had to do in the first place.

If you have the choice then dont go here. I was rear ended and used this shop to repair my dodge charger. I cant comment on price because the other drivers insurance covered my bill. They replaced my rear bumper. After a week the bumper was drooping and falling off the car. I checked it out and found that some of the mounting hardware was completely missing! They didnt even secure the bumper to the car! I took it back and they added the missing parts. The paint on the bumper is now flaking off. I showed it to them and they are currently reprinting the bumper for me. Fingers crossed I can make this my last visit and get out with my car intact!

L.G at Bill Page Body Shop is one of the best people Ive ever had the pleasure of working with in any industry. My wife and I were out of state when we hit a deer. Being 300 miles away we took the tow truck drivers recommendation to bring the car to Bill Page. Best decision we could have made. They were communicative and helpful throughout the whole process. He ever saved some very important mementos for my wife and I and mailed them back to NJ. I cant say enough how awesome these people were. I never write reviews for anyone but they deserve the good accolades and I hope it may bring them some future business. Thanks again!

First the good: The estimator and staff were very professional, responsive and courteous. A pleasure to work with them. The body work and the paint match was absolutely perfect. The were on time and maybe even early. Great news if youre willing to accept the Bad news: They forgot to return my wheel lock key and I had to drive back to get it when I tried to change a tire and was locked out. I had a tire pressure gauge - type valve cap and they broke one (and didnt tell me). The wheel nuts were put on with the torque too low.

Greeted by a very friendly lady in the front desk ( I believe her name was Sandy). Very courteous and professional. Dropped off my brand new car for the bumps & scratches after a hit & run. I was at my lowest, but seeing the result gave me hope. Paint match was perfect, bumper was smooth, it was a brand new car again! Very happy with the result.
