This place has fixed my car twice, and they have done a fantastic job. I thought Id write up a quick review since there arent really any available (one is from an employee and one isnt really a review of the location itself). I had a fender bender, this was one of the shops recommended by USAA. I stopped by and they gave me a quote, there were no bumps along the way. I got regular phone calls with updates on what was going on with my car, and it was finished 2 days before they said it would be. It looked spectacular when it was finished. The second time, I had a side mirror knocked off by a reckless driver. I called in advance and they ordered the part. Not only did they do a quick and cheap job of installing my new side mirror (in a couple of hours), but they installed my rear-view mirror for free. I had bought the part myself and it was sitting in my trunk, but didnt know how to install it. I asked if they would, and they did it without hesitation as part of the service. If I have any sort of accident in the future, Ill be sure and pay them a visit.

Recommended by USAA and I am so pleased I chose CS Auto for my accident repair. I requested additional work be done to my vehicle to make it look even better: buff the plastic on the headlights to get rid of the "cloudy" look and check my tire alignment. A local dealership wanted to charge me $1000 to replace my rear lower control arm. I had CS Auto take a look for me and they were able to align the vehicle for the standard alignment fee- no new control arm needed, saving me over $900. Needless to say, I am ditching Honda dealerships and will be taking all of my future business here, to include oil changes and recommended maintenance. This shop is a great choice- all staff were friendly, forthcoming, and professional! A+++

Very happy with CS Auto service. I had a pretty bad collision, my car needed a new left-front suspension, a new fender, and a new bumper. I called AAA for the tow after the accident and they recommended this shop. I was paying out-of-pocket so I was glad that Richard, one of the service managers, worked with me to get a quality refurbished suspension which saved me hundreds of dollars. When the car was nearly ready to go, there was a minor delay because a part the car needed wasnt delivered to the shop when it was supposed to be. However, these guys treat their customers very well, and they took steps to make up for any inconvenience. The end result of the body repair was Excellent. The car looks and runs great!

L&M simply got the job done! My car was worked on at the Fullerton location. Pat, Kevin, and Javier were very professional and exceeded my expectations--very customer focused. My car had some hidden damage that was hard to assess initially and I appreciated the guys taking the time to communicate the timeline impacts and overall scope of work. The work was done well and I am very pleased with the result. I highly recommend--these guys go above and beyond and wont disappoint!

Awesome group of folks at L&M Body!!! They do it ALL there; not just body work. Their customer service is second to none and their prices are hard to beat. We have used this shop and the one in Dumfries several times and both are ran and operated by true caring professionals. Fast and excellent work. Will use again! My wife hit a deer right before Thanksgiving and my insurance company(USAA) recommended some shops in the area. CS had the best reviews and they were spot on. CS kept us informed throughout the entire process and they also sped up our repair since we didnt have rental reimbursement. Excellent work, very happy.

Brand New Tacoma and I rear-ended someone at 2300 miles. Two days later you cant tell. Also have USAA and they took my deductible with out any problems. Also there is an Enterprise car rental about 100ydrs from their shop. I had no problems and cant say anything negative. They were polite and quick to fix my truck. I would use them again.

Changed ownership, didnt see anyone familiar from previous owners, although they told me they still had the same staff. Tried to upsell my on a lot of unnecessary fixes, and charged more than they used to. Shame, I used to go to this place exclusively for years.

This shop came up under the transmission shops category, but be aware they do not do any internal transmission work, only transmission replacement, so I hope you dont go to them needed a rebuild or reseal.

Best in area - over 10 years of goodness to me. They are almost half the cost of MIDAS, and are family owned / operated (looks like at least 3 generations)
