I had a similar experience with my vehicle and J&J. Long story short, I took them 3 months to replace and paint my bumper- the wrong color! No calls. When I did call, the date would keep getting pushed back and then when that date came, I would call and more time needed. I would drive by to see if my car was even touched and it was still sitting in the same place I left it each time. The reason it took 3 months is because they used the wrong color code on my car- I had two different whites! Very noticeable! They had to correct it two times. They did not use an OEM bumper or clips on my car. I found the correct clips myself on ebay, ebay people. I can push my bumper with my pinky finger and it moves. They left my car so dirty inside and out I had to spend 2 hours cleaning it myself. Shop dust, overspray, fish eyes, paint on my leather seat, outside door handle, paint debris all over the place, dust on my steering wheel, seat, floor, door and my back seat! Why is there debris in my back seat! You didnt even need to go back there! I sent a registered letter with pictures to the owner only to have it sent back to me and an I sent an email to the owner and the Body Shop Manager replied. Only thing he wanted to was pay for a detail at Car Pool! Too late on that. My car looked horrible and had to clean it so I wouldnt get dirty just sitting in it! So good luck trying to get the owner involved if and when you have issues with this body shop. I wouldnt take my car there if someone paid me to. I cannot believe after this had happened to me and with getting my insurance involved to let them know what they did to mt car that they have added this shop to their DRP (Direct Repair) program. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS SHOP.

After sustaining damage to my BMW from a tractor trailor tire, our insurance company recommended that we take our car here to be repaired. Upon looking at the cars at the shop, we thought that it may be a good place to take it. I believe in great customer service, and if youre being paid for the work, for it to be done correctly especially if youre going to boast your tenure in your field of work. However, the FIRST time we took it, they lost a piece of molding for my bumper, "fixed" the bumper by heating it and reshaping it which left a crack, did not paint the entire bumper, broke my license place bracket which later fell off while driving, did not replace molding on my door, had two different fog lights, bumper was not aligned properly, and what I did not notice until after the second visit had painted my door the wrong color! I took it to them, and the insurance agent in site was rude, making remarks that were implying the damage not fixed was because he didnt see it due to all of the other scratches and such. They marked with bright green marker all of the places needing correction as I pointed out (so I had to ride around that weekend with green writing in my car!) and then took it back that next week. And now I have a huge scratch going down my hood! Oh and someone elses Maryland license plate in my car. Different color door. Trim on my window is still wrong. And when you ask if it is ready on the day that they stated, it never is. To make it worse, after telling them you want the car now as promised, they call you 20 minutes before they close and with a rude demeanor say "You can get it". No I appologize nor Sorry for the hastle. We are going to another ship to have it all corrected.

I had the worst experience dealing with these guys. I took my mothers Honda CRV here after it was t-boned. There was obvious damage to the steering and alignment because the steering wheel had to be held at almost a 90 degree angle to drive in a straight line, which I told them about. When I went to pick it up I asked if they had looked at this, and they assured me they had. Drove out of the lot and immediately turned around because it obviously hadnt been fixed. I then waited 5 hours while their mechanic made the "repairs" after which it seemed ok. A few months later she sold the car to a family member who had their mechanic look it over and they discovered that multiple steering components were still bent. To top it off the door they repaired after the accident leaked water every time it rained.

They started out giving me a round about time the car would be finshed and it was a week. I said okay, and with No update, I called back on wed. and they told me that it was going to be another week added on because of a machine breaking, - I can try and see if that can happen, buy without notifying me? And another week for one day without a machine? I said okay again. I checked back in on the following "next" wendsday, and they told me that it wasnt their fault for my accident?! WOW, where did that come from? And then they said that Im "looking at" the middle of the Next week???? Im soo done. Im getting my car towed out of there because I dont trust any company that doesnt care to inform me about current issues and that are rude and lazy about their business.

Do yourself a favor and stay far far away from this "repair facility" paint is fair at best is you like runs and trash in the paint. Body tech needs to learn to snap in all the plastic body molding prior to customer pick up, oh and body lines must be a thing of the past as nothing lined up! The office manager / shop foreman should have looked this car over prior to ever calling the customer telling them it was ready. nearly forgot body clips missing, and damaged repair items. I will never recommend this business nor return.

Be aware of this place. They had my car for almost a month after a little fender bender. Theres no way you could take a month to fix a little fender bender no way and when I went to pick up the car after inspecting it with the insurance agent we realized that they didnt do a good job so had to leave the car now I dont know when I will get my car back. And the secretary shes the worst she will call you and not even leave a message. If you want to fix your car stay away from this place.

Weve had numerous body work experiences at J&J and couldnt be happier with their work. Its very reasonably priced, theyve done a great job and customer service is outstanding--we have recommended this shop to a number of friends. When someone hit my daughters parked car in New Orleans this Mardi Gras, we chose to wait until she had the car back here to get it fixed, rather than fixing it there. Im mystified by the reviews I saw below so decided to speak up.

Wish this place would close down , literally pathetic work and the worst experience Ive ever had , had my car for two months fixed it half ass . When I went to make them fix it right all they did was be rude about it and say it looks better then from where I was in a previous accident and it hasnt been fixed yet . Please do not take your car here or you will be truly dissapointed
