Most of the staff at Professional Collision in Stafford are courteous but that really doesnt matter when they cant properly do their job. I had a fender that they said needed to be replaced on my Toyota. It took them about a week to fix and when I went to pick it up, it was clearly wrong -- on many levels. They promised they would take care of it so another round went by and when I went to pick it up, guess what? Still problems which they tried to say were "standard" plus my window wouldnt roll down for some reason. Once again, they took another shot to repair and when I finally went to pick it up, the last lingering issue (they damaged the speaker so it wobbled on the door) they failed to repair and said the needed to order a clip which I could pick up later. I took delivery and when it came to getting the clip -- I never saw it and I gave up after two unreturned phone calls. It took my insurance company paying them a visit just to get the fender repaired somewhat correctly. The bottom line is that they have very poor quality controls on their work. Just see the reviews from their store in Woodbridge. I realize theyre one of the only shops insurance companies approve by default in Stafford, but its not worth it. Take your car to Fredericksburg or Woodbridge to a company that is a bit more diligent in their work. Sorry Professional Collision, but being courteous to your customers is always nice, but is moot when you cant do your job.

USAA recommended this shop for some insurance related damages to my truck. While the vehicle was in the shop I had Larry take care of some other items also. Overall the work they did was great, great body man, and great painter but... I had to bring the truck back FOUR times to get the simplest items fixed despite giving them a list with exactly what needed to be fixed every time. Each additional time they were very reluctant to give me a rental and at one point I had to involve the USAA local rep to get everything straightened out. Every time I picked up my truck, it was something else and I became more frustrated. Overall this shop will do fine insurance work but they do not do the details very well, be very careful and inspect the work if you use this shop. I have to now take my truck to a new shop (fifth time) because two of the four doors on my vehicle do not work. Very frustrating that this is a USAA shop. UPDATE: My wifes vehicle was hit and I decided to try this shop again. Their communication system was very messed up because I got a text stating that the repair should take about 7 days and about 3 hours later I got a call stating that the work was completed and they wanted to know when I was going to come and pickup the truck. It was just after the transition to Service King so this might have been a small hiccup. Work was good and repair was quick.

Took my Dodge Ram 2500 in to have my bumper and a scratch on my fender fixed after someone hit my truck a couple of days after i purchased it. The service here at Professional Collision was absolutely phenomenal for me. I was helped by Lisa, she walked me through the whole processes of what they were going to have to do with great detail. Such as what parts had to be removed, where they would have to spray, how long it would take and everything. I was also notified by email of each stage which I thought was pretty neat. Overall my experience was a lot smoother than I planned it to be, everyone who I encountered there greeted me with a smile & made the whole experience comfortable. The work turned out great as well, looks brand new. Thanks again guys will return again if anyone decides to hit my truck again! A++++

Took in my car to get my bumper replaced, and I leave with a destroyed car and having to buy a brand new one. They went further into the car without my permission and totaled it. I couldnt take the car back so they held it on their lot... then.. a couple months later, they notify us that they will be charging me over $700 dollars for a holding fee. Something that they did NOT tell us would happen. I couldnt take the car off the lot in the first place, how long were they going to wait before informing me about this charge? Terrible time talking on the phone with someone who cuts me off and says anything just to hang up the phone and terrible talking to someone in person. Ridiculous, slimy, unprofessional service. Will not be coming back and dont recommend to anyone.

Thank you for the blunt reviews - To show their effectivity - After reading the negative reviews, I have decided not to take my car to Service King. The owners response to problems saying "Ive talked to the shop and theyve fixed the problem" only to read other reviews with the same problem and the same owners response are what did it for me. I guess theyll continue to attract customers that will continue to write negative reviews. I dont blame the owner, I see an ineffective shop manager working with a minority of derelict employees who couldnt care any less about others property.

I had an excellent experience in July of 2016, My car was struck in a parking lot (2014 civic). the repairs were done perfectly to include replacing door, rocker panel and blending paint across the rear door to the front panel. Lisa Holley was very helpful and explained the entire process to me. She kept me up to date as the repairs took about 7 business days (not too long). I was very pleased with the outcome and the customer service.

I went in for an estimate for a dent on my car. Larry recommended Got Dents for the repair. This guy didnt show up for the scheduled appointment for the estimate. I called him and he said he had car trouble and come out he next day. He was late for that appointment but provided an estimate the next day. The repairman from Got Dents was a no show this morning to make the repair. Horrible recommendation for dent repair.

I went to Service King Collision Repair after my car was not completely fixed from a previous repair shop. I was expecting to have to schedule an appointment and wait a long time before my car could be fixed. Larry looked at my repair and told me he can fix it on the spot and free of charge. His customer service was excellent. Now my car is fixed and Im happy. I definitely recommend this place and Larry is awesome.

Went in for an estimate, felt like I was inconveniencing them. Estimate was low balled, didnt even attempted to see damage beyond the surface, I even had pictures printed, totally ignored. Its obvious who they work for and its not the car owners, they may actually be owned by the insurance company. Taking my car to a better shop that actually respects customers.

Seriously, I stop by for an estimate and they said come back later. Really? Do you have that much work to let all the estimators go to lunch together and turn away work? I went down the road to another place and they were very happy to give me an estimate.
