My husband and I are surprised to read such a negative review. We have gone to Fair City several times over an eight year period, and have found the owner to be very honest and diligent in finding the best prices for parts. He always asks if we want new or after-market parts, and gives a good estimate for the final costs. Sometimes communication is a challenge because the mechanics all speak Korean, but there are several bilingual people in the shop. The owner takes time to evaluate the problem and explain what he will need to do to fix it. These guys have helped us keep our twelve-year-old cars functional and safely on the road! We like the folks at Fair City Auto Body!

The BEST! Unfortunately I have used this body shop way too much over the last 20 years. EVERY TIME the service has been on time and perfect - or they fixed it. They are honest and dependable. They are also approved by USAA so they work well with insurance companies. I will not take my car anywhere else.

Repaired rear bumper and windshield, did an excellent job and good price. Went to another shop in fairfax city and estimation was almost double there and went to this shop and gave an honest fair price.
