I had the absolute best experience with Kenwood the staff were friendly and helpful. Mike kept me in the loop with every aspect of my repairs. Julie was a beautiful smiling face and friendly voice when I called. The repairs and paint job were seamless and done in a timely manner. Overall I am extremely satisfied and would come back over and over, but hoping I wont need too. If youre looking for quality and satisfaction and just want to be treated right, Kenwood Auto Body is where you want to take your business!! Great job to everyone who had a hand in making my car look brand new again and Thank You!!!

We were in an accident recently with considerable damage to the left front of our car. The other person was at fault. We took our car to Kenwood and they dealt completely with the insurance company. We didnt have to worry about a thing. The shop is clean and well kept, the staff very professional and, when we got our car back, it looked better than it did before the accident. It looked brand new. Even though its a bit of a trek from PG County to Germantown, if we ever need body work done on any of our cars again, we will definitely bring it back to Kenwood.

I took my car into Kenwood for two reasons: 1. They came highly recommended by friends 2. They came highly recommended by my insurance company. They fixed my car and made it look amazing and fixed damage as a courtesy that I wasnt even charged for. I had questions and they had no problem taking the time to explain everything! The lady who sits at the front is always courteous and smiling. 5/5 stars for Kenwood Auto Body!

I don’t have a shop I use regularly, as this was only the second accident I have been in, so I went with USAA’s recommendation. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. I chose Kenwood collision center since it was one of the few options given to me by my insurance. I dropped off my car for a small painting job on the back of my car. Front desk staff were quite friendly. Only downside was how long it took to finish the small job. The results were as expected. Overall, I would recommend this place.

They told me that my car will be fixed in a week but it took 3 weeks. No response about getting delay... Also they dont help to set up rent car when you drop off the car.
