BEWARE advertised alignment special price! I recently got my tires rotated and balanced (elsewhere). Afterwards, I had a vibration in my steering wheel. So, I looked on craigslist and found $59 special price for an alignment at Eden Collision Center. Sounded great. I took it in, they told me I needed two new tie rods on both sides and a swing arm etc. Total cost over 600. I said no thanks, and after the fact, some little dude demanded 35 bucks for the estimate. I drove the car to another mechanic who explained there was ABSOLUTELY NOTHING wrong with the car. When the tires were rotated, a bad tire was moved to the front and that was causing the vibration. I got it replaced and the car drives great. I drove back to Elden collision, asked for my 35 bucks back for the bait and switch alignment scam and they said no (yes I was polite). Im only out $35. Make sure you dont get swindled for 600+ Im born and raised 5th generation Loudoun County. I dont mind all the new visitors, but this type of thing makes me miss the old days.

I took my black 2007 Subaru WRX/STI in after damaging my rear bumper. I didnt want any blending work done to avoid having to reapply ceramic coating on anything but the bumper. The estimated price was about the going rate, but lower than a few high-end, overpriced places. A couple other shops quoted me much higher prices and were adamant that blending on adjacent panels would be required. Im no expert, but I think that blending really depends on the color of the car and also how well the shop can match the paint even with fading factored in. The owner was extremely helpful and advised that blending would not be necessary. I dropped the car off on Thursday and it was ready for pick-up by Saturday. The work was perfect. Color match was spot-on. The final price was exactly as quoted - no surprises at all. They also do mechanical work. Based on my experience with the rear bumper, I will likely go back for mechanical work also. Honest place. Family-owned shop. Very happy with the work.

I recently backed my toyota into a pole in a parking garage and did damage to my rear bumper, tail light and panel. I didnt want to make a claim against my insurance so I was going to pay out of pocket and would be without a rental. I got several estimates but I decided to go to Joseph at Elden because he took the time to explain how I could potentially save money with aftermarket or used parts. Anyways I went with original parts and they promised it would be done in 3 days and it was! I didnt get a call for supplementary repairs and expenses and it wasnt delayed. I got my car back in time and the repairs were great- the paint matching was near perfect. Professional, clean facility. Thx, I highly recommend!

Went here for an alignment after finding a 20 dollar coupon on Google offers. Made an appointment for 11:30 and car was in by 12. They had the alignment done by 12:30, which is the hour they had quoted me for the work. Alignment also came with a color print out of the alignment numbers, which I found very helpful. Would go again for future alignments. Their price is also competitive at 79 dollars before coupon. Just make sure to call ahead for an appointment.

I took my car to Elden Collision Center to have some suspension work done and I am more than satisfied with the work and the customer service. Joe was very patient in listening to my needs and so accommodating when I asked for things most other shops will simply ignore. They were also very honest and had the best pricing for the work. I am so glad that I found ECC and will be taking all my car maintenance there from now on.

We found this place bc they were doing oil changes real cheap.... after working with ECC we quickly realized that they were one of the only HONEST car repair shops out there. Not only do they have amazing knowledge of all vehicles, but they wont do work on your car that is uneeded. We take ever car there every time. THANKS JOE!

I got my 2009 BMW 528i (extensive front end damage) repaired at Elden Collision Center last week. The shop did an excellent job. You would never know that any repair work had been done. The master mechanic put a hole in the front catalytic converter inside when he replaced the rear catalytic converter with flexpipe. So skillfully done to give the same engine codes as before the repair. I found out when I replaced the front catalytic converter myself the next day. Avoid the place....

Great experience. Owner estimated the fix perfectly. Finished in the amount of time he said and it looks great!! 1999 truck looks like new. I will be taking my car in soon, complete paint job, I will let you know how it turns out:-)

Been going here for minor maintenance since they dont charge a lot. I normally do work on all my cars but if they do it for cheap and saves me time, I have do them do the work. They also have wireless so I work while I wait.
