Its an O.K. body shop. They did the repair - so not a 1-star place, but the desk manager/estimator stated my repair would take until the following Tuesday (excluding the weekend, 3 business days). However, they did not finish until the Thursday after the following week!! (This ended up taking 10 business days). I know, things happen, delays and such. HOWEVER - this would have been mitigated had I been called every so often, to tell me there was a delay. They actually never called me - I would always have to call them. And I would call them after giving them ample time from a set day. For example, on the first delay, that estimator said it would take until Thursday (5 days into the repair), but I did not hear anything, so ended up calling on Friday to ask "Whats the status of my car??" Ridiculous. Phone calls arent difficult. If youre upfront with customers about delays and roadblocks, most people are reasonable. Ultimately, they did the repair. But Im still having an issue with the door. Im afraid if I take it back, they will take it for another few weeks. The only major drawback to going to this place is you wont know when your repairs will be complete. Otherwise, they do decent work.

If we could give a "0" star we would. We had gone through this company because we had Geico insurance and thought it would be more convient to use them since they could do the estimate of the car crash and provide a rental at the same place. WHAT A BIG MISTAKE! My husband sopke with the owner seems to be a nice guy; I feel for him that he has incompetent people working for him. But lets just say what a MISTAKE not going with KIA for repairs. OUR KIA 2017 SPORTAGE HAS BEEN THERE SINCE APRIL 24!!!!! Can you believe that!!!!!! We got every EXCUSE in the world from, "the part is on back order" A 2017??? FROM " we choose a wrong guy to do the body work and he never showed up"... you name it!!! They havent yet told us that they sent it back to KIAS manufacture in South Korea yet, which would have been more beliveably at this point!!!!! PLEASE go to the dealer!!!! save yourself the TIME, the MONEY!!! waiting for a reimbursement from our insurance for car rentals is ridiculous. Plus with all the stories that have told us, Im not sure if the car is done correctly. WE are taking to KIA asap to find out. Worst experience ever!!!!!!!!!!!!

Worst experience they kept car for a month and a half and when they gave me back it was still not fixed well and again going through insurance to approve for parts. I am surprised why they did not check before giving the car back. Looked like the attitude that if customer is not checking well then they would have been let go with this ugly job they did on car. They were suppose to give car back 2-3 weeks earlier but on calling everytime they say tomorrow and on getting mad at them one day they made my car ready and still not perfect. And very very bad customer service. Not a single call they made to give status of car. I called them 2-3 times a week till they had car but they had zero courtsey to call and give status. Its not even cleaned at all. Full of dust inside the car. I learnt my lesson hard way, will definitely check the shop before giving my car. The second vice are looks like the dumpster and some 15 year old working on my car which is not correct.

Some knucklehead put a big dent on my new motorcycle and these guys fixed it in a very clever way without having to use any paint, and didn’t charge me a penny for it! I am very impressed with them; they were very pleasant and it definitely seemed like they knew what they were doing. I highly recommend them!

Never go to Auto Bady Connection. They took advantage of the fact that I didnt know English. They performed work on my car that I didnt request and billed my insurance for it. When trying to resolve the issue they didnt provide good customer service. Dont go here to fix your car.

Fast and friendly service , when I wanted to see my car I was able to do so with no trouble . The workers are very friendly and know exactly what they are doing. I have gone to several other auto body repair spots and they were requesting outrageous quotes with a long wait period.

I called 15 minutes before closing; they told me to come in and they would look at my fender damage. They fixed it after closing while I waited! And they did it without replacing the whole part saving me $$$! Thanks!

They did an incredible job on my Mercedes after a tree fell on it . It looks brand new and they were very professional and friendly.
