Where do I begin? Today was my second trip to your shop [my wife was my proxy, since I had to work]. It was a complete disaster. Im going to give you the Cliffs Notes Version. 1. Your shop looked at my bumper and nothing else and chose to only attempt to fix that. Attempt is being kind. Your shop neglected to see the damage to the under side of the truck. The gas tank is lopsided to the right. The exhaust pipes are crooked (all from the high speed rear end collision). The bumper is also lopsided (you can literally put your fingers in gap on the right side but not on the left side), drooping and is not flush to the hatch. All are plain to see when viewing from the rear. 2. While trying to explain that my truck is not properly fixed, as referenced above, the shop manager, Shane was very rude, loud and nonsensical. I allowed him to speak but he would never let me articulate my problems with the bad repair. 3. The nonsense - Shane tried to say that he was comparing Intake pictures of my previous accident repair from your shop in Sept 2016 to the finished repair bumper now. I told him this makes no sense. You cant use the Intake picture because it is a picture of a rear end damaged bumper not an after picture of it being fixed. That is comparing apples to oranges. You have to compare both fixed pictures. Again he saw the flaw in his logic and hung up. Nice way to treat customers. A written reprimand is definitely in order because Im sure this isnt the first time, but it will be the last for your customers. You just lost repeat business. 4. Since leaving your shop today, I have gone to other dealerships and compared my 2010 full size to their 2010 full sizes on the lot. Indeed, my bumper was not fixed correctly as didputed by your loud mouth, misinformed shop manager Shane. I also spoke with Land Rover Service Advisors and they agreed with me that the repairs are nonexistant. 5. mis-information. Shane tried to pass off my 2010 model as a different body style as 2011 thru 2014 for the reason my bumper didnt lay right. Laughable, when 2010 thru 2013 models are the same. Then he said he was a long time Land Rover Tech. Shane was just trying to pull anything out his ass for me to accept this bad repair. Not happening... Word of advice, Get a new shop manager.

These guys are absolutely awful !! I dont know how they stay in business. Majority are crooks !!! From the service advisor gentleman with long beard and shaved head telling me all the very obvious wrong recommendations (and trying to blame some of the accident damages to made up possible previous damages to my well taken cared truck) to the Kevin, their manager, who seemed lost in space, with his lies. I took my truck with rear end damage and the rear bumper bent down about a foot and a half and a displaced truck bed, and these gentlemen were telling me its fine to drive this truck. Go and come back in few days when we are ready. They probably get a bonus or rating from insurance companies to blame made up factors for the damages so they would not have to fix it or what ? I dont exactly know. I dont think people have fallen from a cabbage truck to believe in their obvious BSs. When was the last time any body with a hanging down bumper and a bent truck bed passed the safety inspection (as they claim), or even the police did not stop them for driving an unsafe vehicle? You be the judge !! Read their reviews and rating, they speak for themselves. Take your vehicle and run !!! Congratulations to upper management of Caliber Collisions chain of shops for running a great operations in Tysons Corner!!!

THE BAD - After a body repair they handed me over my car with "passenger airbag light on" and told me that its fine, this is just a light, there is no problem with the airbags. I believed him and took the car. THE WORSE - 20 days later when my safety inspection failed, I take the car back to them, they tell me that the person who "told me that to drive away the vehicle with airbag light on" was fired and does not work here any more. When I asked them to rectify the problem, they completely washed their hands off and said they cant do anything about it. THE UGLY - When I refused to accept that answer and reminded them that Caliber Collision put my family in harms way by allowing me to drive a car with non-functional airbags ( i.e. light on means non-working airbag) , they did a 180 degree turn and started saying -- what proof do I have for that? They never said anything like that to me. Shame on me for taking my car here despite seeing all bad google reviews. Shame on USAA to steer me to them despite all the horrendous reviews. Stay away from this place folks.

I couldnt be more pleased with the quality of service and quality of the repairs made to my car. My service rep Jamie provided an accurate detailed estimate within one hour of looking at the car and then kept me informed of the replacement parts order, and then every step of the process of repair. Thank you very much to Jamie and manager Kevin for an excellent experience. I would highly recommend Caliber Collission.

I brought my car in for minor scrapes as the result of a parking lot hit and run. Generally, my experience was very positive - great customer service, great attention to detail, they repaired very quickly as well. It was also a great convenience to have an Enterprise car rental office attached to this location as well. Would recommend to friends and would go here again.

I just picked up my car to day from Caliber Collision in Tysons Corner off Springhill Rd. My service advisor was Robert Kroner, he did a FANTASTIC job! Called to give me a status on the car. He promised it would be done on the 15th, even with a winter storm as a set-back this deadline was still met... highly recommend Robert Kroner, ask for him when you go in.
