For all women who knows nothing about car !!! From your mechanic you want to : 1. NOT try to cheat and deceive you. 2. fix your problem 3. fix your problem on time Like New Automotive body shop: 1. They fixed problem, same problem occurred AGAIN after 10 days. I went there .Mechanic said oh now is something else. When I told him its hard for me to accept its something else when you supposedly fixed the exact same problem 10 days ago? He told me I m sorry I didnt look first time, I m gonna fix the problem and charge you just for brakes .(PROBLEM THEY FORGOT TO LOOK WAS BRAKES ).I told him I want to talk with owner then he propose to go to his home auto shop he will fix the problem this time for less money!!!!!!!! 2. they DID NOT fixed problem. 3. That first time when they "fixed" my problem they were late so I had to pay Uber to my work and back. So NOT on time. P.S. I didnt have money to tip mechanic first time, I put my bikes for sale on Craigslist , figure out my car is fixed i dont need them. As soon as I sold them I went to mechanic to give him his tip!!! I went back to give his tip! P.P.S. Its been already 14 days . Owner avoid to talk with me and wont return my calls. P.P.P.S Sorry for my English , I m still learning.

Best service I have ever encountered with an auto body shop in my life. I had a paint-deep scratch on my vehicle, about 2 feet long, spanning from on the hood near the right headlight, to the right fender, complete with a noticeable dent near the same headlight. Needed urgent service due to time constraints, and I stumbled upon Like New by happenstance on my way to another shop. I stopped in, and after assessing the damage, Javier told me to drop the car off the next morning, for pickup that same Saturday evening. I could not believe my ears. Sure enough, Javier and Wilmer went to work on the car at 9:30AM on Saturday, and called me by 4:00PM to pick the car up. Javier and Wilmer performed such an outstanding job that I had to ask them to remind me where the dent had been, as it had completely vanished. Whats more is that the repair cost a few hundred dollars cheaper than comparable shops in the area. I would recommend this shop to anybody looking for professionalism, great service, and good quality workmanship.

Erased 14 years! My older VW Jetta needed some TLC after a mystery mold made its way in. I opted for the full int/ext detail. Although the price was high at $300, the finished product looked great. Crooked exterior trim was straightened, a large scratch vanished, and youd never know my car needed to be driven with the windows down for fresh air only a day prior. The black leather wasnt slick like some cheap detailers make them. Instead, they looked brand new. We were desperate to sell the car and now well probably hang on to it. The car was ready the minute they said it would be. There is a Hertz rental desk right inside and the W. Falls Metro is around the corner. Well be back.

If half stars were options I wouldve gone with a 4.5. I dont want to take away from the OUTSTANDING job Like New Automotive did but I just had a some small communication issues of when I could pick up my car. The quote was exactly what I paid and they did an outstanding job on repainting the part of my car that was scratched up pretty bad. It was going to take 2-3 days to complete and then I shouldve received a call but after day 4, I called to confirm if it was ready to pick up or not. It took a few attempts of calling to get a sure answer. Overall though I am so happy with Like New Automotive and would recommend them to anyone!!!

I found Like New on yelp while requesting quotes for a new windshield. Not only was Daniel the most responsive to my messages, he also came back with the best offer. He was even able to get me in the very next day. To top it off, his shop is within walking distance to a metro station, making it extremely convenient to drop my car off for the day and still make it in for work. Since I only replaced my windshield, I cant speak for detailing, or other auto repairs, but I will definitely recommend Daniel to my family and friends based on my experience.

Ive been coming here for the past few years. Love these guys! They have great pricing and can always get to me as soon as I arrive. The quality of the details is fantastic, they dont miss an inch, they use quality wax and polish and are very communicative. I can always drop by randomly for a wash and they get to it right away. After a full detail, Im always shown around the car with lighting to highlight any scratch removal. The wheels are always perfect, the interior work is excellent. Cant recommend them enough!

The right side of my car was scratched all the way down the side and my fender was damaged beyond repair. Javier gave me a reasonable estimate and got to work. I was amazed at the quality of the painting and workmanship these guys put into the car. It actually looks better than new now and to top it off they actually were unhappy with the paint job originally and asked me if they could keep the car and actually match the color 100% instead of the 90% it was matched. Great job guys. Keep it up

Like new Automotive the staff were very friendly and professional. They have done several different things to my utility trucks. The mechanic is very good. I have another truck in the shop as I am posting this message. I just picked up a that they completed. so far I have been very satisfied with everything they have accomplished with my truck. I dont have not one complaint about this company prices are very reasonable also !!!!!

Cost hundreds of dollars to get a dent fixed on the trunk and carpet cleaned. We showed up after the process being delayed to find the inside of the trunk ruined. In the rush to do the car and get it to us a day late they didnt bother to take the particle board out from underneath the carpet. Now the carpet is mildewed and the particle board needs to be replaced. Worse, they lied to our faces when we confronted them about it.

My daughter washed the hood of my car with some snow on a stick, leaving behind some light scratches. "Like New" was able to wetsand and buff those out. They said it wouldnt be perfect, and I suppose its not, but it looks fine to me. They were able to start right away and were done in about an hour, like they said they would be. I would use them again.

Very easy to find. Applied Scotch guarding to all 3 rows of fabric seats front, back and sides, and all carpeted areas in my brand new mini van. Very thorough and efficient. Was able to take my car in for a 2-hour procedure without an appointment on a weekday. Staff and owner very friendly and helpful. Prices are competitive and very reasonable.

They did a fabulous job detailing a car that hadnt been cleaned for several years and for the last nine months had sat un-used in a driveway. After their service, the car looked and felt almost new. They didnt miss any of the hidden or hard to get to places on the car. Great service; I will use them again.
