If you have ever been in a position of needing help and now knowing what to expect I hope that your experience is even half of what I received from All Pro Towing. These people are the best! When I broke down in the middle of construction up on the Interstate I really didnt know what to expect other than some truck driver coming out and pulling my vehicle off the road. What I received was so far above and beyond some impersonal service that there really is no way to explain it other than to say that I was treated with courtesy, respect and offered a helping hand that went way beyond what anyone could have asked and much less paid for. They went out of their way to save me money and got my vehicle to the place it needed to be to get fixed right the first time so that I could get back on the road in as little time as possible. The people at All Pro Towing have really brought my trust in people back. Thank you so much for everything. Bradley Carstensen

Originally called roadside assistance at 8:45 a.m.; received a confirmation from All Pro at 9:03 saying the driver had been dispatched with an ETA of 9:45. I called them at 10:15 to ask where the tow truck was. My roadside assistance provider called them at 11:30 to ask again (they claimed "traffic," though there is no traffic in King George county). They finally showed up at 1:30 in the afternoon, four and a half hours after dispatched (its a 40 minute drive from their place to where I was at most). And then the driver had no idea how to configure a hybrid vehicle for tow - I had to print out the instructions from the owners manual so he could put the car on the flatbed without destroying the transmission. I would have expected a "professional" towing service to know how to tow all makes & models (especially one of the most popular models sold in North America).

If I could leave a negative star review I would. This towing company kept me waiting for over 4 hours in a parking lot to pick up my car. They kept making up lies about being busy and they the driver would be there in just "five more minutes". They also said that the would have the driver call me and that he is on his way there. That he had to respond to other calls first. Oh and after 4 hours of waiting the driver never showed. I ended up having to call a different tow company. Complete and utter unprofessional behavior. I would not recommend this company to anyone else.

You would not believe the lies this company can spin. They are used by State Farms road side service and towing. SAVE YOURSELF. I had to report my car stolen because I didnt know where it was. They took 3 days to tow my car to a repair shop. They said it was delivered 3x and they had never touched it. I called them 8x and got a new lie each time. They told me it was 8 miles away with a flat tire. Than a hydraulic line busted and my car was stuck on the truck. They said the repair shop was closed. It was going to my best friends house. She was home. LIES. ALL LIES

Horrible. My husband and I sat on the side of the road for over 2 hours after they kept saying 5 more minutes and making up lies and about parades going on and traffic. It was starting to get unbelievable. Its now been 3 hours and we are waiting on a new company because they cancelled our tow after saying that I called upset. Of course I did get a little upset but not the way they told my insurance company i did!!! You have me waiting on the side of 95 well after the said time in an unsafe spot. The most unacceptable level of service I have experienced in a while.

If youre paying out of pocket, find someone else. If youre stuck dealing with them because of roadside assistance, cancel your plans and whatever you do, do not listen when the rude guy in the phone tells you 5 minutes away. Its more like an hour, but unfortunately if youre reading this, its probably too late and youre stuck on the side of the road reading this because youve been stuck waiting for an hour and getting ready to write a review similar to mine and everyone elses who isnt related to the owners or workers

Fast friendly customer service. Great repairs at reasonable prices. These reviews about ETAs need to understand that they are tow trucks not airplanes. They get stuck with traffic, accidents, and chatty customers that they have no control over. They also are on the road and not necessarily coming from their facility. People in this world need to learn some patients!

These guys lied to me, saying they had picked up my truck and that the reason it was taking so long to get to me was because of traffic and a "flat tire." My insurance provider was kind enough to dispatch another towing company to get my truck and when it arrived, my truck was still there and hadnt been touched. Stay away from All Pro.

Worst company Ive ever dealt with, been sitting on the side of the road since 3pm and its now 9pm and they still are not here. I was told theyd be here at 5. Very very rude when they answered the phones and now they arent answering at all. I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy.

I called for towing at 3:15pm. Was given an ETA of 4:22pm. Called at 4:30 pm and was told driver was in "traffic" and would arrive in 20 minutes. Over an hour later he finally shows up, 2-1/2 hours from the time of my first call. Totally unacceptable in 90 degree weather.

My car broke down on 95. And I couldnt afford a lot of the towing companys. I was afraid I was going to lose my car. Then I found all pro towing and repair. They really helped me out. It was on time. And so nice. Im so glad I found this company.
