I absolutely recommend this company for towing services and for mechanical services. My family and I were traveling from FL to PA for a family emergency when our car broke down. This was on a Friday day night so not many places were open. Our insurance company contacted Taneytown Collision Center for the tow. The representatives that responded were beyond kind and helpful. They even took us to a hotel and helped us unload the car. (we had no idea where we were, as we were driving through- so this was incredibly helpful) During this time my husband contacted the shop to see if the could recommend where to have our car towed to. The owner, John, was amazing. He said he would come in on Saturday even though they are closed to see if he could fix it. Long story short - he fixed one problem, found a transmission center to fix the other problem, and came in the following Saturday morning on his day off (again) to allow us to pick the car up. He had his son drive out to Baltimore for a part and his wife even offered to drive us 3 hours to my parents home. The entire experience was nothing short of superior. I honestly cant recommend them enough. Thank you for your kindness and for going above and beyond Taneytown Colission Center!

Took the car to get the radiator fixed and after upon getting it back the tires were too flated. Oil was pouring out the oil line. The suspension coil broke off half way down the highway. The radiator hose wasnt even closed properly. Safe to stay that the mechanics at this shop have a lack of experience and are putting anyones life in danger that gets their car taken to this shop. The staff is completely unprofessional . The front office just called asking for the fathers phone number. Theyve had the car for almost a month and no way of contacting the car owner. I now have to pay and extra 1100 dollars because these incompetent people dont know how to do their job.

Best Towing service in Carroll County. Arrived on time...actually arrived early. Driver was very knowledgeable and explained the whole process in detail...as to how everything would go. I felt comfortable enough to allow the driver to deliver my car without me and he texted me when the job was finished. The prices wereally very fair (almost half of what I paid previously). They are the only towing service I will use anymore.

These Guys were GREAT!!! John was very upfront and honest about my repairs and Theresa followed up with me the whole way. Very professional and did a great job. I would recommend them to anyone. I also found out through talking to Theresa that they do repairs and maintenance also..............I WILL BE BACK!!!! Thank you again for fixing my car.
