A deer ran into my truck and I obtained some serious damaged to my truck. Prior to this incident I never had any problems with my vehicle such as the engine light. Upon, dropping my truck off to be repaired I informed the representative that my engine light was turning on and off, and requested for my engine to be checked. Upon, picking my vehicle on a Tuesday it looked good on the outside and the next day the engine light turn on again. Upon, returning to King Collision Auto Repair shop and reviewing the list of repairs to my vehicle. They never completed a diagnostic test to ensure there was no further damages to my vehicle related to the accident. At this time, I can not understand how do they repair and put a vehicle back together without conducting a diagnostic test. I repeat a diagnostic test should be MANDATORY MANDATORY when a vehicle has been in any type of collision.

I am giving a star because the car looks great. The communication or lack of it deserves negative stars. I only heard from them 2 times in a month and only after I called about the status. 1 call when received the car from tow company and when done. If I did not call ,we never would have known, when done, what needed to be done and what the hold up was. When I called, I got the impression that I was imposing on them. Repairs were great and done well but their customer service is totally not there.

They went through every thing with me after they fixed the car and kept me informed the whole way through. Car looks great and I was insured that if there was any problems they will take care of it. Great customer service.

I only found out about Service King because of the unfortunate situation of being in a collision, of course. My repair is in progress, but the staff have been very friendly and helpful.
