I never thought it was going to be this bad. My insurance company company refereed them to me so i thought nothing of it. I went and talked to them and they told me it was going to take about three weeks to get my car back and the damages exceeded 6K. I was in shock of how much it was considering the fact that its not an expensive car. well they didnt give me my car back like they said they would and to make matters worse they didnt communicate about the fact that it was going to take another two weeks. they kept telling me one thing after another, never giving me forward answers. Then the next thing i know the coverage on the rental car runs out and i call them to see to see what i can do and they tell me not to worry about it if the rental company has not called me back. so i believed what they said and next thing i know i owed over 500 dollars on the rental car because i went over the coverage that my insurance company offered. I had to pay that out of pocket. They finally give me my car back and i was the worst job i have ever seen, but they called it done. They handed me my car dirty inside and out, they obviously car about their customers.... I didnt have time to tell them about how i felt because i was going out of town. Then i realized that they didnt even finish the job. My seat was still open in the back. The airbag was sticking out of the driver seat. So i called them to see what they were going to do and the excuses started again. They told me that they subcontract airbag repair to another company. All i kept telling them was that they had to fix it. I drove around like that for a week. I took time out of my day so someone could come to my house and fix it and they had to order a piece so that took another few days. In the end i would never recommend this place to anyone!!!!... Not even for a simple fix like a mirror. Now my car is making a noise and i told them about it and all they said was i needed new tires. Well i got new tires and they cost me almost 700 dollars and the noise is still there.. Guess it wasnt the tires... Now i want to see what they say. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE STAY AWAY!!!!!... ITS HELL!!!!!....

Warning, do not use this shop‎. My car was hit while parked so the insurance of the other driver gave me locations and this was one. I picked this one as it was close and thats where the nightmare begain. I was given 7 days tunraround time and was called on 7th day to pick up the car. But when i got there to pick up i saw that only half of the work was done, my right side wheels were scratched and left rear wheel where the impact was was also scratched but None of them were replaced. Inside of the car was dirtly like its been sitting in a sand strom with windows down and the floor mats were very dirty and upto this day I am not able to get the stains out. I have and acura so inside is all leather and there was also a scratch on the inside of the door. I was furions and refused to take the car and drove off in the rental that i was suppose to drop off there. Aparently what happend was that they were not able to finish the work in time promised to the insurance so they would need to pay for my rental for any days over the promised time so they figured just retun the car in whatever condition. I also had to go through hell with the rental and insurace as the enterprise was paid for certain days by insurace and any days over they charged me as they had not link to body shop. But this still does not explain the car interior been filthy and why my floor mats were trashed. Finally they cleaned the car and put cheap wax on my leather but the floor mats were beyond repairable. So you can see way it was nightmare. DO NOT USE THIS SHOP! there is a reason if their prices are low.

HORRIBLE! Let’s see, I don’t even know where to begin. I have brought 2 of my vehicles here as referred by insurance and the service is just downright horrible. The staff is rude and full of lies. I was estimated 2 weeks to repair the car but ended up taking over a month. My rental expired and was unable to get it extended. I kept getting the run around and was told my vehicle would be ready the next day…BS! The man said you don’t want us to rush and do a bad job, do you? So I decided to drive by the shop and check on my car and what did I see? My car was STILL SITTING IN THE LOT with the damage! I have had the worst experience with this place and I’m fed up with them. Never going back again.

I was in a car accident and had Springfield Auto Body repair the damage. The biggest holdup was getting my insurance to send out adjusters when additional damage was found. True it took over 30 days to get my car repaired and my insurance had to pay for the additional 10 days past the 30 day mark, but the car came back (after $14,000) worth of repairs almost as good as it was. With that amount of damage to a 2012 vehicle, the car is not the same, nor can it be. It runs sound. But overall Im happy I took it to Springfield Auto Body.

The alignment shop I went to said they could not align my truck. Got a $300.00 estimate from another body shop but they could not do the work for a week or more. Called Springfield and they set-up an alignment appointment, they fixed my frame cross-member and aligned it the same day as the appointment. Truck drives great now. Id recommend them and go there again!

MY CAR HAS BEEN THERE FOR A MONTH AND STILL HASNT BEEN FIXED. THEY SAID IT WOULD TAKE 2 WEEKS. NOW MY RENTAL IS UP AND I CANT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PLACE.
