I would not take my child back here even if it were for a day- My child was enrolled there for 6mo. She was sick every week, every time I turned around I had to take her to the doctors and was on antibiotics almost the whole month every month. The reason this place has so many positive reviews on google is because they have a flyer stating that you can get $10 off once off your weekly child care cost if you write a positive review and let them know you did. I will admit Brandy the manager is very sweet and very helpful. but when I emailed her to inform her all the issues I was having she would never respond back. The childcare here is very affordable, but because its cheap, your going to get what you pay for. There are only a few women there that truly care about the kids but the rest are there for just paycheck. My child had a few "incidents" happen there including scratch and bite marks from another child down her neck and back but the teachers didnt know how it happened and took no record of it. My child hit his head on a corner of a wooden bookcase and had a bruise/bump on the corner of the head but they didnt call and tell me, they said it was fine since they put a bag of ice on it. But they recorded it on paper and told me to sign off on being acknowledge but they didnt call me at work they waited till I got there to pick him up. Almost every day when picking up they would still have lunch all over his face dried, they didnt bother to even wipe him, or at least clean him up. Also, heres a major thing that I am not okay with, anytime there was an illness break out or a child came in with pink eye, the teachers were told not to tell the parents (why do I know this? because one of the teachers would tell me they were told not to) Not to tell me there was a sick child that my child who is constantly sick from school was exposed to another sick child and you dont want to give the parents a heads up?!?!?! The teacher would always tell me on the side and say they were told not to say anything. A few weeks after my child was pulled out and taken to Kensington the Childcare Network I was told had a break out of Foot/Hand in Mouth disease, over 12 cases before they reported it to the parents only because they had to report it to the CDC. My friend and her child were out of school/work for 2wks because precautions werent made and she lost income due to this. A lot of the teachers scream at the kids, there are too many for the short staff they have. My child learned a lot of bad habits there, and started crying every time I dropped him off after the first 2mo. There was no structure, no class plans, the daily sheet they are to fill out and hand to you to let you know what your child did for the day was either half way fill out or they pre-fill it out - only reason I know that is because I would pick him up at 2:30 and its already stated on there that they changed him at 3:45 and had a snack at 4. The playgrounds provided are in shaded and awkward areas therefore it was always wet and rundown. My child was in the 2s room eventually, every day I walked in there it smelled of dirty diapers, mold and urine. If you love your child, dont take them here.

My son has been attending Child Care Network for over two years and it has truly been a great experience. He just graduated from Kindergarten Prep Academy and is well on his way to Kindergarten. His teacher Ms. Candace has been an exceptional educator with the ability to understand the mind of young children and address the concerns of their parents. The Directors are always willing to go above and beyond to make the parents feel that their children are in good hands. If you are looking for a safe and loving place for your child to attend where they will learn and grow in the right direction then you have found the RIGHT place! Mrs.Scott

I love this school!! Michelle and Annie are the sweetest directors. I had 4 schools lined up to tour. Once I toured I did not want to put my children anywhere else. One thing that stood out to me is how happy everyone was. The teachers were walking in and out of their classrooms smiling. The children that were not napping were smiling, the children using the bathrooms were smiling!! That is what sold me. Since Ive had my children there everyone is still smiling. The directors are usually doing something silly everyday to keep the children and adults in great spirits. I can see that they truly love their job. This is a great school!

My son who is now 4 has been here for 2 years and I see his growth due to the influences at this facility. When my son was potty training, the teacher he had at the time gave me advice and I am still getting helpful tips from the teachers he has now. My son is now in Ms. Shelbys class and she is very creative, and is so nice and patient with my son. She always has something to tell me about my sons day whether its positive or not, because as a mother I want to know every detail about my sons day. If you have a 4 year old and need childcare, Ms.Shelby at childcare network #180 is the teacher to have!

This school is extremely clean, organized, and friendly. The director is very smart and knowledgeable. You can tell the teachers thrive at their job. They all are very happy and supportive. My daughter loves going to school every day. She is shy by nature, but has really come into her own being here. She even wants me to leave! I enrolled at another school locally and was not impressed with her learning and developmental milestones. But being at this school has made the difference! They have a preschool program here that is far above anything else in the area. THANK YOU CHILDCARE NETWORK! KUDDOS

This school is one of the best Ive seen in the area. I toured this school about a year ago when my wife was pregnant and it was no where near the level that is today. The infant/toddler building is truly excellent. The school is clean, smells great, not like dirty diapers (like most other schools). The director gave us a superb tour and thoroughly went over all questions we had. The teachers are educated, amazingly friendly, and loving. We could not have chose a better school for our son.

Our children have been attending Childcare Network on John Tyler since November 2016. We have been so very pleased with the care at this facility. Our children have fun while learning at the same time. They even offer to extend their hours for monthly date nights to the parents and have offered a spaghetti dinner so that we didnt have to cook that evening. We would certainly recommend Childcare Network to any family in need of good child care.
