Went here to inquire about a rental that I saw on trulia. A realtor named Phyllis Whitley emails me back the same day saying that she had a showing for the rental on Saturday (next day) at 2 pm. I email her back and say we will be there. We arrive at the rental at 1:55 p.m. and no one is there. I give her a call and asked was the showing still on for 2 p.m. and she then tells me that the showing is at 2:30 pm and talks in a very unprofessional tone. She then says that she is currently on her way now. We decide to wait a few more minutes, we wait until 2:30 and she still doesnt show. This has to be the most unprofessional realator I have ever delt with. I will not recommend this company to no one. Especially not Phyllis Whitley!
