I had a pretty good experience. The staff was very friendly and very accommodating. Had my hair colored for my wedding...the cost of color was very reasonable....the color is beautiful but not what was in the picture that I showed. It came out much redder than orange! Rather than a copper its closer to a ruby. Again, beautiful color, but not what I had planned on so now have to completely change my makeup for the wedding. Didnt think it was drastically different enough to say anything at the time but when I got home I could really really tell how off it was and so could everyone else. Also, I was not told that to blow dry my hair would be $35!! If I had been informed it was an additional cost or that expensive I would have just done it myself at home...its almost half the price of the color! I would definitely come back here for color because the price is so amazing but I wouldnt get too hung up on one specific color and I would forego the blow dry.

I was referred to Michael Gregg by a former stylist who moved out of the area, and he was a Godsend! He took the time to discuss my hair, what I like and dont like, what was and was not possible, given my type of hair, and he offered realistic suggestions and solutions. Skilled, professional, patient and SO passionate about his work and his business. Michael is a rare gem in the hair salon world - he cares about each and every employee/stylist that he employs and puts a TON of time and energy into educating them and promoting them as they become more skilled and gain more custiomers. Everyone associated with Heaven Salon is knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I have now moved to a different state, and miss Heaven and Michael, VERY MUCH - but thankfully, Michael was gracious enough to refer me to a fellow Paul Mitchell educator/stylist here in Winston-Salem....he is a class-act!

We had an amazingly fun and efficient Wedding Hair cut and color session on the first day followed by airbrush and standard makeup and updos on the day of the wedding. There were unforseen schedule changes and service needs. The Heaven The Salon staff dealt graciously adjusted and handled everything professionally and with a upbeat friendly attitude. We treated like family and pampered like princesses!!! Thanks to all of you for making what could have been a very stressful situation into a very fun, exciting wedding event. Taylor...you are AMAZING!!!!

I went in for a new color and started out with kisha who was friendly and fantastic like the receptionist! She was training a new girl who did a perfect job on half my hair and didnt miss any of my roots. After her shift was done I was transferred to Cameron who was just lovely and friendly as all get out! She styled my hair better than I could. I definitely recommend going to them! They do a phenomenal job and have plenty of color choices for great prices! Best salon experience Ive ever had and will be a long time customer for sure.
