Went here for the first time. Called ahead to see what the wait time was. I Spoke to a Barber who couldve easily told me no persons were currently waiting but instead instructed me to download an app to make an appointment. At the end of my transaction it became clear why he made me book through the app to collect my $5 appt fee. This is not listed in the description of this app nor did he mention it over the phone as a courtesy. Needless to say Ive never paid $30 for a haircut and felt a bit misled.

The best salon Ive ever been to. They really do specialize in ALL hair types and actually care about the health of your hair. Been there dozens of times and always leave completely satisfied. These women are AMAZINGLY TALENTED!

This is a hidden gem in Winchester. Being new to the area I wasnt sure if I would find a place near home to get my hair done. My hair looks and feels great. Will definitely be returning to get my hair done.
