It was my bday on July 1, my friend paid to have a mani pedi and highlights. I loved the staff but i didnt like the turn out at all. Products maybe idk, my nails bubbled up b4 i left, brandy the lady who did my toes n nails had already left. Well i informed Abby my hairstylist and she went over it with one thin layer of polish. It didnt help at all. At this point now it had no top coat on them so within an hour of my leaving the salon my nail on my left pointer was smudged bad from nicking it. Was very thick as well. My hair i asked for heavy heavy bleach blonde highlights. Didnt turn out that way at all. And i was upset the most about how i was sent home with my hair looking like i stuck my finger in an elecrical oulet. Not exaggerating at all. My hair is thick long and natural curly, which she knew that. I was asked how i normally style my hair i informed her that i scrunch my hair w gel mousse and hairspray. Yes she put something in my hair but i left looking all frizzed out. Bad. Wish i could post photos. Not sure how much the total was but i know it was up there and i wasnt happy with my final result. I had to come home and completely wash my hair out and fix myself up when it was just professionally done. Its not hard when i tell ya i use gel hairspray mousse n that i like the curl looking like a perm. But i really liked Brandy (nails n toes) alot we had awesome conversations anx shes awesome w what she does it had to be tge producr that bubbled the polish, i absolutely loved her. Abby was nice too, guess we misunderstood how blonde i wanted my highlights but i thought i covered that when i said the lightest blonde possible, bleach it if u have to. I could have saved a lot of money and had my sis in law do my hair (she works as a beautician in Martinsburg Wv) n as always I would have loved it. Would have taken that route had i known i was getting hair done.

I found L.L. McKee 1 yr ago on the Internet. The site was very useful in knowing who would be doing my hair and what education they each had. They also have a FB page. Their prices are what I was used to. I had been to another salon where the prices were outrageous. I was greeted warmly and treated like I was a friend who was not a first timer. Most important my hair was just great each time I left. I had one cut that even left my pony tail looking great as I was headed for the beach. Another time I had a pink and green stripe during the Apple Blossom Festival, They were raising money for the cancer wing at our hospital. I want 2 each color next year. Since I have sent my Husband and Son for a cut. The wait at the barber shop is long and my son wanted a certain cut. They were as happy as I am, after all I have to look at them :) I will be back and Im spreading the word to my friends. One very happy customer. I give it a 10. Thanks Ladies you do a GREAT job.

I was not very happy with my recent experience at LL McKee. I came in for a basic haircut and instantly I could tell the hairdresser Jessi was upset that she got me. I think it was because Im younger and she thought I wasnt going to leave a good tip. The whole time she didnt talk to me and the end result of my haircut was something I could have done at home for free. Really disappointing. The previous time I was there I had a wonderful hairdresser who said Ill put a couple layers in your hair for extra volume, but Jessi said thin hair doesnt look as full.... Anyway I took the plunge recut my own hair from YouTube videos (with a few layers) and looks absolutely wonderful now. By the way I did leave Jessi a very good tip ($15), but she really needs an attitude adjustment. Never going back!

My daughter and I both get our hair done at LL McKee. My daughter has gotten some very difficult styles and coloring done at LL McKee. Every time it has come out AWESOME! Wherever we go, people ask her where she gets her hair done. I have had similar experiences. In fact, several of my friends now go to this saloon because they have been very impressed with my hair color! I have never had a bad experience. The women are all knowledgeable and friendly. It is like a girls night out every time!! I recommend LL McKee to everyone!

Jessi Pham at L.L McKee salon has done my hair frequently for the past four years and I couldnt imagine going to anyone else!! Im always extremely happy with the result and shes a lovely person to be around! Ive recommended multiple friends to her and theyve also been very pleased with the result - and have been back many times to see her again. I would highly recommend going to Jessi for your hair! My personal experience of cut, colors, and styling from her has gotten me a lot of compliments over the years!

However, Jessi will continue to receive my business because every single time she has cut my hair Ive always been so happy with my results!
