Dont go here unless you enjoy dishonesty. What was once a good gym has been ruined by dishonest and two-faced management. Ive been going here since 2011 and for the past 5 years it has been an enjoyable experience. Unfortunately that has changed in 2016 and Ive begun looking for a new gym. The problem is the director of personal training Robin Sofia Kigel and the general manager Johnny who supports her. I was told multiple times I cannot workout with my friends and girlfriend because I am "training" them and I would get my membership revoked if I continued. This was never an issue in the past, apparently if you want a workout partner youre supposed to pay exorbitant prices for their lackluster personal training. On top of that they dont enforce the simple gym rules such as re-racking your weights or cleaning up after yourself. Now for the good part, the head personal trainer Robin Sofia Kigel is a convicted felon with a very long record which includes Assaulting a Police Officer, Possession of Methamphetamine and Cocain (multiple counts), Theft (again multiple counts), Harassment, Breaking into a Motor Vehicle, and DUI, among others. Her boyfriend, Nico has also tried to sell steroids at the gym and both of them use and abuse steroids. I dont know about you but thats not who I would want training me or anyone I know. Equipment has also been stolen since Robin started working at the gym, 8 45lbs rubber bumper plates used for Olympic lifting and 4 sets of clips. Its hard to just walk out of a gym carrying weight plates and Robin, whos an Olympic lifter would have had easy access as a staff member to steal them. Her past criminal activities dont hepatitis her case. The general manager Johnny knows all of this and doesnt do anything to curtail it, he in fact enables her and falsifies her training numbers so theyll both look good for corporate. If you read this whole review thank you for your time, and while there are definitely some good people who workout here and a few good, honest staff members such as Brandon I would consider going to a different gym.

The gym itself is ok but the billing policies are atrocious and dishonest. I wanted to sign up for a 2 month contract as i was only in state for 2 months. After specially detailing all of this to a sales rep I was still billed for consecutive months. When I tried to resolve the issue I was told a manager would call me back but he never did. I tried tracking down the manager but the auburn one referred me to federal way branch and the federal way branch referred me to Auburn. I know one time billing for a certain amount of time is possible the "vision quest" now LA fitness did it for me with ease the last time I was in Auburn. I would recommend any gym besides this one as they clearly dont care about anything but money.

Ive been to plenty of gyms throughout the U.S both in the military and civilian side and this gym as far as being a commercial gym is great. They have the have a good amount of equipment for bodybuilding and have a torque rack that has 6 squat racks with bumper plates. The gym is very clean at all times and Ive never had to wait longer than 5 min for a machine, bench, or rack. I will also say that the mens locker room is clean as well. The staff has always been friendly to me and Ive been coming here for close to a year in a half. Lastly, I dont know why I wrote an essay lol, KBye

I go to this club 4 days a week because its close, convenient and they have a large selection of machines so waiting is rare. However, they could do a better job of cleaning the machines, weights and lockerroom. They have sanitizer & paper towels out, but some customers dont use them and I rarely see staff cleaning the machines. If you dont mind wiping down everything before you use it, you can still enjoy your workout. The lockers and floor are cleaned very infrequently and the lockerroom floor is not mopped thoroughly.

Three star for closing on me in the middle of my workout, I gave them three star because Ive been to multiple 24 hour fitness facilities(Oxnard, Lakewood...) which never closes except for this one. They might have a reason why they close at 2300 every Fridays and Saturdays. Besides that, this place is clean, friendly... and they should have put a big sign near 24 hours that states they close at those certain times.

My boyfriend and I always come to this location. Super friendly staff, clean gym, never crazy busy so youre never waiting long for equipment and they always get new equipment out of all the other locations. This location isnt exactly 24 hours but all the good points out weigh the bad.

They are not open 24 hours on Friday Saturday or Sunday. I work swing shift and have responsibilities during the day so 1 to 2 AM is the only chance I get to work out. They sold me on being open 24 hours but I actually only get to use it on Thursdays. I feel like I was conned.

Clean, no nonsense. Real gym for people who want something more than just cardio. Tons of free weights, not crowded. All equipment is in great condition. Staff is friendly, but stays out of the way

Yoga with Danie was awesome! Shes very skilled and experienced. Other staff members have been kind and helpful too. Its never been packed/too busy for me which is great!

Clean gym. But closes from midnight till 5AM? Lots of time i go to gym at 1-2AM in the weekend bc my other times are too bz.

Great gym to work out if you dont like crowded gym escpailly at night its almost empty! Great staffs and weights as well
