The staff accused our son in law of being a trainer, & wouldnt let him come in to play basketball with our 12 year old son, because he was having him do drills that looked like private coaching. They were polite about it, our son in law was polite back. But the accusation is pathetic. Of course they looked like drills, thats why they were there, & we thought that was why the YMCA was here. We wont be going back, & we will be telling as many people as we can about our experience.

Tried to volunteer here a few years ago. Couldnt even get past the front door on the first few days. Until they get to know you, you are watched like a hawk in detention class. Gave up volunteering after a week. Didnt feel like my contributions were making a difference. Apparently they have favoritism with age. Youth volunteers will have priority over an adult using their free time to assist a company. Sorry but not be return nor recommending YMCA to any one.

This YMCA has something for everyone. Lots of exercising, equipment for fitness, swimming, activities for Seniors, and well run programs for kids. Come into the YMCA and speak to a Representative on how to become a member. There is no worries if you and your spouse want to exercise abd get fit. Your kids will be taken care of while You are getting fit. Its that simple.

The facilities and classes are top notch and include a large variety of options. This is the only gym Ive ever belonged to where the other users and the staff are incredibly friendly, considerate and welcoming and we actually get to know each other. It has so much more to offer than your typical fitness center and at an incredibly reasonable price.

A Very kind, knowledgeable, and helpful staff member named Alex helped me get my family enrolled and set up for summer programs. I love that they offer community outreach and scholarships to children that need them! Ymca is a great organization.

Tried signing up for swimming lessons over the phone, the woman made me hold forever and then she finally came back with the words "call back later, I am busy and there is no one who can help". The hell is all that customer service for then

The staff here are amazing! The Lifeguards are always in a positive mood even though their attention is on the swimmers. The front desk can get quite hectic Ive noticed but the membership staff are always seeking to resolve your issues!

Very nice gym, sport center, and pool. You can bring your baby in some time at pool. Everyone was very polite and smiling. The changing rooms are big but the family room is way too small for 2 adults and a toddler and limited to one.

Have not had a good experience trying to get kids into swim lessons. Each time, several months, was given wrong information, including from Bobby that the lessons would be open for on-line registration at 5 a.m., but they were not.

Ive been attending the Bellevue Y for over 2 years and I love it! The staff is down to earth and helpful. So many programs to join, too! Cycling, swimming, running, yoga...etc They even offer bollywood and belly dancing!!!

Light Touch

Friendly staff and a great massage therapist is available to book appointments. I love going here, the hot tub and sauna are a great way to unwind after exercise. Front desk is always polite and helpful. Love it!

The best place for my family and I! Loads of activities for us to do as a family and plenty to do on our own. Staff is great and helpful in finding things to do and taking suggestions.

Good facility. Only complaint is it closes pretty early on weekends. Wish it was open till 10 like weekdays instead of 7...
