I have been in customer service all of my life and I know good customer service when I see it however after recently signing up for LA Fitness at a different location and got into a contract with the trainer for one year at a different location I was very unhappy there, because of their lack of customer service and people skills... I was very uncomfortable going to that gym and I was more uncomfortable wasting money for a service I wasnt using .... I called this facility and spoke with Deandre who gave me the best customer service Ive had in a long time invited me to come in...I went and he walked me around the facility introduced me to people and the trainer and I made the switch and it was that easy. I love that they have a private womens workout area its very roomy and not too busy and I just cannot say enough about the customer service I received today. Because of my first impression of DeAndre and Michelle Im sure that they are going to help me change my life Im excited for the next chapter thank you so much for today. DeAndre you are a rockstar!

24 hour fitness was my old gym and I hated how trainers always bug you to sign up for personal training. This place wont! So i actually like it that they dont force you to do anything you dont want. Probably because they only have *I think* 2 personal trainers. I workout 4 times a week and Ive only seen two so far. Ohhhh well. Nothing is perfect. Few equipments need to be fixed but theres plenty that you can use. I just hate the fact that it is inside the mall and people walking outside usually stare as if theres a live show or something. Lol. They should put the same poster cover on the treadmill area. I might give it 5 stars if they do that. All in all it is not a bad gym. Never crowded so that is a plus!

This is an old Vision Quest gym with some positives and some negatives. First, the positives: location is great and it is rarely busy; staff is friendly and always greets me; rarely is there any waiting for machines or free weights; plenty of room in the free weight section in back. The negatives: though they have invested in remodeling this location, it is still the most run down LA Fitness Ive ever been to; mens locker room and showers are awful; many of the weight machines are broken down and it takes them forever to repair; hot tub is hidden in a little prison cell behind the locker room and just looks foul - Ive never been in it and dont plan to unless they ever refurbish.

Ive being going there for almosr 4 months, the reason a write only 1 star is because in one of the first weeks one of the staff yelled at me in front of everyone when I accidentally drop the bar when i tried to do a squat with my shoulders, the next few days he used to stair at me like wanting to intimidate me, ho I did really hate that, but Im a peaceful man so I didnt do anything. I didnt report that guy because I didnt wanted more stress than i was getting during that time. I wish i know his name. All I can say is that he was doing some type of remodeling work at the gym, he is white and fat and always using shorts and a hat. For this reason I dont really like this gym.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Been trying to get my $220 back for over a month now. Had a broken ankle and brought a doctors note in saying I needed to cancel my account and they photocopied it and said it was in the works. Been over a month now and my account isnt canceled, I havent gotten a refund and I had to cancel my debit card so they would stop withdrawing payments. THIS COMPANY WILL NOT MAKE IT EASY TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK!!! They arent helpful about it at all and wont return calls or try to help you at all. I will stop all of my friends from going here, super shady.

Was thinking about signing up here. Went in for a trial. Sales staff Drake told me I had to pay a day fee or sign up. I told him I knew about the 3 day trial online. He said ya that takes awhile to fill out and you have to send it to your email. After I signed up for the 3 day trial he never shown me around the gym or told me a single thing about it. Never asked me my goals or even said have a good workout. Wont sign up due to the staff alone. 2nd floor of the gym is for women only unlike other LA Fitnesses.

LA is clean, homey, and the low traffic/staff makes you feel taken care of on a personal level. Manager Britney from the Auburn location was so understanding when there was a mishap with my member cancellation (due to moving) and did not hesitate to give me exactly what I requested. I highly recommend LA if you are looking for a gym that genuinely desires to meet your needs on a friendship basis, and not a monetary one.

The front desk worker was struggling plenty to sign in my guest, took around 10 minutes. Seemed like he wasnt trained on how to do it and he wasnt able to get any help from coworkers. Overall, the gym had a strange feeling as well. Lights low and some flickering. It made me think of an unsanitary gym in the 70s. I left shortly after getting there. All the other LA Fitness gyms Ive been to are great though.

I go to the gym right after work and I understand that they close at 11 but I was literally in the locker room grabbing my stuff and the black dude at the front turned the lights off on everyone at 10:59, he also would remind everyone every 10 min that they were closing soon on the intercom like what an annoying distraction that is. Probably switching gyms soon.

These people do not pick up the phone. Ringing for literally over 5 minutes is absolutely ridiculous. I wont be signing up to give my money to this LA fitness. Ill drive the extra 5 minutes to give the other gym my money. They shut off the phone system at 11 and I have been waiting an answer since 10:50. Lazy employees - fire them.

The front desk staff is Very kind to theyre members. different from other signature La fitness It has a family owned Atmosphere open space,dim lights and has an enticing feel that falls on a person to stay focused and engaged with ones workout

Decent enough gym. It is not clean and they do not do a good job of enforcing the "put your weights away" rule. Expect to hunt for a 45 here. That being said, there is a lot of space in the weights area and its never busy.

This location is modern and clean and never too busy. I also like the diversity of patrons that go here. And that there is a womens only area to work out In! Im always in a good mood when I leave!

I used this gym for about a year. It is a nice place with plenty of equipment. It is always clean and the people are friendly. I would still be there but a new gym opened close to my home.
