I have been going here for over a year now. The instructors are all professional fighters and they really know there stuff. They have split the classes into Striking and Grappling techniques, and will cover a lot in a single hour. Everything is very hands on, so if you are stuck in some karate dojo or some taekwondo gym, and you want to spar or grapple with guys that want to do the same, then come here. I have learned much more than I ever did going to a pure martial arts location. This is Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) taught by the best instructors in the NW, and the fellow students are all class acts.

The perfect combination of low key and professionalism. They even have in house exhibition events if you want some competition.
