My boys have been attending this gym for years now. We started my older boy when he refused to crawl or walk and would only scoot. After about three months of his class he was running. We started my second son when he was about 7 months old. Its been fascinating to watch the difference in development between him and his brother. They are 22 months apart, but my younger boy is pretty much even with his brother in gross motor skills and is physically more daring. (A duel edged blade if I ever experienced one!) I credit this with the excellent staff and owners. Coach Mike and Coach Courtney love their work. You can tell in how they treat the kids, the parents and their staff. They remember everyones names - not just the kids, but the parents too, and they always have something nice to say about your kids. The staff is ah-may-zing. They are all so warm and loving with the kids. To date my older son is almost 4 and has been participating since he was a year old. He takes one evening class and goes to a drop off camp two days a week during the summer. During the school year, he attends preschool one day a week. My younger is in one class a week and then they both go to the Practice and Play one night a week together. I cant wait till my little one is old enough that he can join his big brother at the parents night out classes on the weekends or the summer camps. The play area is clean and well maintained; you can tell they take a lot of pride in their facility. I would strongly recommend that you check them out. You cant go wrong. I really like that they have so many options in their schedule for classes. No matter what my crazy work schedule is, theres a class that will accommodate my kids.

I am really surprised at the other reviews before mine, including the one that says the facility has closed. Perhaps it has changed management sometime, but it is certainly open now. :). My son has been going to MyGym for almost six months now. He absolutely LOVES it, and our whole family has been more than pleased. It means a lot that the staff members have known his name (and use it often, enthusiastically from he moment he walks in he door. since the first time we attended an open house. The staff is always extremely energetic, positive, enthusiastic, professional, and kid friendly. We have met a number of he staff members, and my son loves them all. I used to be a teacher and am very impressed at the quick transition times - the way the staff keeps the activities moving along quickly. My son is able to get a ton of energy out while having fun, learning new skills, even classroom skills. The staff handles every instance in a positive way, even if a child may be having trouble listening or following directions. I highly recommend this MyGym!!

My son loves coming here. He is 4 years old and has been going for a little over a year now. Prior to this we tried the Jungle Gym in Burien, The Little Gym in Tukwila/Kent, and Gymboree in Bellevue Square all on the trial basis. Out of the 4 my son picked My Gym. We love the teachers and classes are packed from beginning to end with no down time. Also with the addition of Free Play(I cant remember if this is included with all memberships or if we got this added free with a special they were offering), but it gives him two nights of activity a week. They also offer day camps during the holidays and summers and these have been awesome although they are only half day if they could be full days he probably would have went to alot more of them. Also Ive been told they will be adding a hip hop dance class and a sports class both of which Ive been hoping they would add for a long time. I foresee my son going to My Gym for along time.

My son loved this My Gym! We had tried it out a few years ago before the current owner took over in Jan 2010 and did not like it at all. However in Feb 2010 we went back and loved it, the new owner made all the difference! All the teachers are so wonderful and great with the kids and have a way of making them all feel special. I was always amazed that all the teachers remembered his name each week. Our son learned so much and was able to do things he had never done before. The classes gave him confidence and made him more willing to try new things. Our life got too hectic and busy so sadly we had to quit going but we loved every min we spent at My Gym during the 1.5yr we attended.

This place is amazing. My son is slow to warm up to new people and new places, and the instructors went at his pace and completely won him over. He loves going. And I love it more and more. They keep the activities interesting, are very personable, and only hire instructors that truly enjoy working with kids. I am also pregnant with my second, and the bigger I get, the more they help me out with some of the little things to make class easier for me and more enjoyable for my son.

MyGym is a fantastic place to take your little ones, let them run around, learn some things, and get a bit of exercise. Its also great for helping parent and child bond. They offer classes and freeplay for kids from ages 0 - young teen, and are awesome. The owner, Courtney, is an amazing person, as are all of her staff. Youll see many of the staff have been there for years, not weeks or months like a lot of other places. Highly recommended.

My Gym Kent is a great place for children to learn basic developmental skills. My son is 2 1/2 and he has been enrolled in my gym since he was 9 months. It has helped him learn to interact with other children and to become more independent. The teachers are truly amazing, my son constantly asked to see Miss Courtney, Brittney, Stephanie and Miss Cassey.

My son will be 1 years old on Monday and he loves this place, this is his favorite place to go. The staff is great and really involved with the children. Even though were moving further away from My Gym, me and my husband still plan on keeping our son involved at My Gym beacuse of how great it is and how much our son loves it here :).

Great place to socialize your kids and build their physical skills at the same time. They do a great job of helping kids feel special but also teaches them how to stand in line and support their friends when it is their turn to shine.

My daughter who is 16 months just joined and loves it here! Wonderful staff, constantly changing the set up which makes it fun, and a nice atmosphere overall! We highly recommend.

Take my grandson weekly. He loves it! A great way to build skills and participate in group activities as well as time to play.
