We were installing a faucet for my folks as a surprise... when we realized one of the pipes just kept leaking... we went to Home Depot to fix a pipe and they said that it would do the trick... we got home and it didnt help. We called rooter for nextday sevice between 8-9am... well, 830am passed and we had to get it fixed by 11am, we were so worried!!! We called rooter back asking where the driver was and the lady "assured" us hes probably just a bit lost, hell be there before 9am. Well, 9am passed and we called the lady back who then said "oh were really short on drivers, well get someone there by 3pm" -- whaaat? didnt she just say 30mins ago that he was late??? We called several places in the phonebook that "guaranteed service within 90minutes" (yeah right!) and others that guaranteed same day service but had "no available openings" ...why guarantee something you cant guarantee! We called drain away and the lady said she had someone on-call & would get back to us... about 10 mins later she called, asked for our address and said hed be there between 930-1030am... sure enough, he pulled into the drive at 1030am... and was done within a half hour... not to mention it was really affordable (about $190) and he told us that "the other guys" wouldve charged us just $100 for em to look at it!!! The guy was so friendly, polite and completely had manners. I woudnt think to call anyone but them!!!

I was very happy with the service that this plumbing company did for us...The guys that were sent out were very quality guys.....the worked hard without a bunch of fuss and fixed a nasty situation.by replacing old black pipe with the much better PVC pipe...they were very particular about keeping things clean...Matt and the other guy were ( sorry but I cant remember his name) very appreciated in our house for their work, additude, and just getting it done...thank you guys...!

Very pleased with the work done by Drain Away. Replacing old galvanized pipes with new Pek tubing was done on schedule and the new plumbing is a great improvement in our house. Workers were polite and answered questions regarding the work. The cost was reasonable and the work completed on time. We highly recommend Drain Away.
