1/11 I did not have good luck at Precision even tho I had been very pleased with the work theyd done before on my cars. But, that work was covered by Allstate. I called and asked if I could bring in my Suburban to have the front door handles looked at. Both had broken- the driver door was completely apart and we used a wire inside the door to open it. I spoke with Bruce on the phone to see if they would consider looking at it. He told me it would be no problem to repair the doors-bring it in. I did the following week- he was on vacation. I had made an appointment. They sent out a small blond gal in tight jeans and high heels with a clipboard who basically turned her back on the doors and gave me no help at all. I told her Id like to have one of the mechanics look at it. She informed that they didnt have mechanics-they had specialists. Finally, Chad came out to look at it and told me that the parts would be hard to find. They couldnt have the windshield replaced while it was there-I had to take it to a windshield shop. After 24 hours he emailed me a bid. When I looked up their phone number to make an appointment with them, I noticed the 5 star rating of Lakeside Collision. When I did call, I couldnt get the car in for another 10 days. I called Lakeside Collision and took in to them. The guy came out and looked at both doors, called a dealer and gave me an estimate right there, told me it would be no problem to replace the windshield while it was there. That was Thursday and they did the work the following Tuesday, They reused some of the parts that my husband had saved when the door handles fell apart. Precision wouldnt touch them. Lakeside did fantastic work and everyone was so nice and friendly! Except for Bruce, not what I experienced at Precision. I wonder if their owner knows they are rated only 3 stars on the web and why that is. Im sticking with Lakeside Collision- 13310 Bel Red Rd, Bellevue

Hi: I would give Abra an even lower star level, but I am not allowed to do so, because of the rating system. Allstate insurance suggested Abra as a good place to get my car fixed after one of their insured hit my car. Here is my experience: - It took eight days longer to fix my car than estimated - I got the call to pick up my and return my rental car within twenty minutes of closing on a Friday afternoon. What that meant is that I had to leave the rental car parked all weekend and pay for the rental out of pocket. Plus, I would have never made it to pick my car up. - Please note that I called on Friday morning to see when my car would be done and they said well after the weekend. - I decided to change my Saturday plans entirely to go pick up my car. So inconvenient and on such short notice. - My cars glove compartment was open with items all over the floor of my car. - My cars battery was dead -- they found someone to do a jump start. - The floor mats were not in my car. - The work was bubbled in a couple of sections. - The gal went to look for my floor mats and came back with bleached floor mats that were not mine. - We started driving down the road and the check engine light came on. - Abra did not have me sign paper work that I had returned the rental car etc. - Three days after I get my car I get a text telling me my car is ready for pick up. After I addressed my concerns with the Abra manager, he called and left me a message saying that my car arrived with zero floor mats and that he had proof. I was a not a bit upset when I was rear ended, but now I am quite concerned, because of the unprofessionalism of the body shop after the collision. Allstate referred them, so they are trying to figure out what went on, but overall, this was a bad experience and has been tons of work to manage.

After a fender bender that crushed the left rear corner of my bumper, shattered the light housing, and burned out the turn signal lamp my insurance worked with me to get an appointment at ABRA. The repairs were straightforward. Unfortunately, over the course of the work ABRA found pre-existing body work from before my ownership of the car. The paint was beginning to flake off in pieces the size of your palm due to shoddy patchwork. The risk was that if left unchecked, the paint would likely expose bare metal over time. These repairs took place in December, just a couple weeks before I was to leave the state to visit family. What should have been four days of repairs was stretched due to the additional work that was needed and a delay in contacting insurance regarding the new development. However, ABRAs performance throughout was exceptional. As soon as the shop found the old damage, ABRA Bellevues general manager Raymond took it upon himself to update me as to the progress of the repairs. I spoke to him about my coming trip, and Raymond worked with his team to finish my car as quickly as possible. There wasnt much time, but ABRA worked hard and managed to finish my car before I had to leave. The repairs are completely satisfactory and as a courtesy, Raymond had my car put through detailing and cleaned the entire interior; even the water spots on the inside windshield that I hadnt gotten around to cleaning yet. Despite complications that arose from prior damage, ABRA made sure my repairs were done on time. They went above and beyond to keep me informed, and cleaned my car inside and out. I am completely satisfied with my experience. I would use them again, though hopefully I wont need to, and I would certainly recommend them.

I would strongly recommend to stay away from this shop if at all possible. A co-worker suggested I go there, but I should have checked the Google reviews first. The shop has had my vehicle there 4 times and they have not fixed it yet. Each of the 4 times they told me the vehicle was complete, when it wasnt. The 1st time they installed the wrong proximity sensors that were not flush with the bumper (could see the retainer clips) and tried to send me home with them like that. When I told them to fix it, they cracked the paint and got me a rental because they had to re-paint the bumper. The 2nd time they told me the vehicle was ready, there were paint defects near the sensor. They said they will need to polish it out. The 3rd time after polishing it they called and said the vehicle was complete. They delivered it to my office and the defects were still there. The 4th time they replaced the bumper and repainted it. Called me and told me it was complete and ready for pickup. When I picked it up the brand new bumper had 25-30 clearly visible defects or "bumps" all over the bumper, including a hair trapped under the clear coat. Now they say they need to polish it out. Bottom line, this shop has absolutely no quality check process in place. Their estimators dont tell the customers the truth. This shop doesnt even have good customer service. I had to call to get updates myself. Even when the District Manager got involved after the 3rd time, they still did not repair the bumper properly. The only nice person there is Kim, the receptionist. The damaged bumper looked better than the one fixed by Abra.
