I had a car accident in August 2016. Safeco Insurance advised me to take the car to Service King in Newcastle for repairs. Since this was my first experience having to deal with a situation like this, I took their advice, and have regretted it since then. The issues started with Service King being off on their estimated repair dates. They revised the repair dates multiple times, and I got the car back in November, after waiting for months. Once I got the car back, we immediately noticed that something as basic as the climate control was not working. So I took the car back, and they spent more time repairing the climate control. When I got the car back, a few weeks later, the car wouldnt start at all while I was on a customer visit. The towing truck company opened it and found out that Service King had not connected the battery terminals properly, and they just popped off during regular driving. That fixed, a few days later, the flap under the glove box just fell off. I took the car back to Service King. They said that some clips needed to hold it together were missing (which they had obviously "forgot" to put in). Again, it took weeks to get the parts and I had to make another visit to get them installed. After that, a few days later, I found out that the glove box was not aligning properly - it wouldnt close unless I manually pushed to align it. Again, back to Service King to get that fixed. And then there was a constant rattling sound coming from under the hood. When I took the car to Acura for oil change, they also identified the problem. Back again to Service King, they did their diagnostics and told me that it needed more parts and insurance approval. That took few more weeks, and earlier this morning I dropped off the car for repairs again. And then in the evening I heard back that they missed a part, and would need yet another appointment a week later. On top of all this, they are very slow (even though they are courteous in person) at follow up - I have to call them multiple times and leave messages to even get a response. Please look for another repair center, if you are unfortunate enough to be in an accident.

I called the Service King call center and scheduled my vehicle for repair which I got with no problem. The next day I called this location directly and asked if I could dropped off my vehicle 2 days before my scheduled appointment and told the receptionist I do not need a rental car since I am on a rental car already. When she found out that I am on a rental car already she called the supervisor/manager and this person insisted that I should drop off my vehicle immediately like this same day or first thing tomorrow morning. I explained it to him that it is not possible today since I get off from work late at night but if he wanted tomorrow morning I can but someone has to give me a ride back home and he said they dont do shuttle service. So I said thats okay I will just keep my scheduled appointment that their own call center gave me yesterday....he said I cant do that because I am already in a rental car and if they dont have my vehicle for repair they (Service King) will be paying for it. I explained it to him that the reason I already have a rental car is because the vehicle I schedule for them to repair was recently stolen and was recovered last weekend and I already have a written estimate from my car insurance and my insurance provided me the rental car the same day our vehicle was stolen. This person has very poor communication skills and very rude to customers.

Excellent service I was skeptical of going to this location because of the extremely negative reviews. Since, it is very conveniently located for me, I decided to give it a try. They had a warm welcome and after asking few questions I decided to give it a try. I have to say that it was one of the best experiences. A big shout out to Deanna and Aurora for making the whole process a breeze. I got updates on the status of my car all along. The rental car transaction was super easy. After I got my car back there was a small problem with the seat belt. I went there and Deanna got it fixed right there. I would recommend this location.

Avoid! Since Kirmac bought this location the quality has gone to hell. There is no quality control. Our cars have been returned to us with missing parts, dirty, sub-quality work to name a few. Even when we bring the cars back to fix these issues they go unresolved. These guys have the upper hand because they are the only collision shop in Newcastle. If you can, Just head to Bellevue and use any of the shops on 130th. They have MUCH better quality control and high standards with less excuses.

Service King Collision was recommended as one of its Select Service Program providers. Called to schedule an appointment only to be informed that while they are a Select Service Program provider I needed to have an estimate from State Farm and provided no further assistance. State Farm noted this was incorrect. Also, the individual form Service King had significant communication issues. So the repair will go elsewhere, to bad as I try to use local businesses.
