Horrible customer service. Do NOT take your car to this shop. Sarai has poor follow through and communication. I went through my insurance and they overcharged double what Fix Auto Gig Harbor quoted. They also had my car sitting for 5 days before contacting me with an estimate that was higher than expected. I was getting personal service completed in addition to insurance work which Sarai told me they would match. They later gave me a higher quote and refused to match. I had to keep calling and then she hung up on me. She never called me back or left me any messages. STAY AWAY from this place!

Customers are able to grade businesses without letting people know what happened. Not to fair for business owners! Mr. Goel you were told up front that you drive an older vehicle that we had to order parts from the vintage parts distributor that would take 10 business days to get and we tried to get them to overnight but was unable. Ms. Mcgirt I personally explained to you that the other shop missed a part when doing the estimate thats why it was more! We strive for excellent customer service!!

This is not the place, you want to go for any car needs. They have zero customer service. They are not professional. They do not even answer your questions properly. All they care is "Money". They charged me unnecessarily, took more than 3 weeks to fix just a simple broken part and did not even fix that issues properly. My car came back all dirty and faulty. Better choose another place. They are the worst. I wish there is an option to give the zero "Stars"

Do your self a favor dont use them. The first time i got the car trunk didnt work and it was sitting crooked. Told them to fix it. It took them three more weeks. When we finally got it back there was a ding on the front of the car looks like something fell on it and the plates were missing. They say theres no way they did it. My car is a 2016 less than a year on it. I know there was no dings
