Basically the front desk woman makes it as difficult as possible to get anything done. She straight tried to extort us for more money. Thankfully one of the other workers spoke up and stopped that from happening. Dont go here! They have terrible customer service and shady practices. I had an accident (car was totalled) and we were giving them the car to junk, but the front desk lady did everything in her power to screw us over. If your in an accident DO NOT HAVE THEM TOW IT TO THEIR YARD. Trust me, just have them park it in front of your house or whatever. Once its in their thieving hands she will do whatever it takes to screw you over - just to power trip you. I wish I could give them a negative star.

I brought a car thefe,& after few long weeks I picked it up I DID not like the way they fixed my car ...I mean it was awful the bumper wasnt been installed correctly & my back bumper was hanging on few clips on the side s.which is suppose to be supported from top to bottom but they didnt even bother to finish it...I even got the pictures taken .so if any one plans on going there please do not go because you will regret going there.very upsetting & unprofessional.very rude employees.

Unfortunately I was rear-ended twice within a few months and after going to Bankers the first time, I wouldnt think of going anywhere else. They were very nice, easy to work with, did a fantastic job and handled everything with the insurance company. I have been there 4 times now and have my husband and I have always been pleased. From my experience they are honest and I highly recommend them.

the staff was so unpleasant I decided to go elsewhere. not sure if they do good work but I didnt even get that far because if the front desk person was that rude I dont care they can be rude to someone else and I will find somewhere that people still know how to treat customers with respect.

I am so happy that I was referred to a locally owned body shop. They got me in and my car fixed so quick. I called other places they were weeks out and they were able to squeeze me in. Thank you for the hard work and dedication.

Got rear ended and had to get my bumper replaced. Bankers used OE parts and the paint matched perfectly! They even buffed my headlights for me! When I went to pick my car up they had also washed and vacuumed it.

On the estimate they charged me twice for the door to be fixed. When i caught this they changed it. Then when i get a call telling me the price is 400 more then the estimate dont go to these thieves.

These people liars dont leave your car for them to sell it because they will charge you fees without you knowing about them the car got sold for 400 and I got a check for 11 dollars that bs

Driver neglected to tie down black and red motorcycle correctly. Bike fell to its right side the seat and othee parts broke off the motorcycle . See photos for details
