When my son had a fender bender in my 12-year-old car, bought new, I was concerned about whether the insurance company would pay for the repairs. Their estimate was less than 1/2 of the other estimates I received, so I didnt have to pay more out of pocket than my deductible. I picked up the car yesterday and, Peter had the entire car painted (so the damaged area would match) and the inside of the car had been cleaned, and the leather seats treated. I feel like I am driving a new car. I have read all of the previous reviews and I have a difficult time believing we went to the same place. Peter and the other man working at the counter were courteous, personable and a pleasure to deal with. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

Is there any score less than one star? The guy quoted me over $1,300 for Maacos basic, bottom-line paint job and some front-end sanding on my VW beetle. "Whatever happened to Maaco being a bargain I asked"? He was relentless and unmoving as I begged for a better deal. So I called Woodinvilles Maaco and spoke with Clayton (5-STARS!) who, after viewing the car, bid $589 for the exact same job!! This is a SEVEN HUNDRED DOLLAR difference just for shopping the better Maaco. PLEASE CALL AROUND BEFORE USING BELLEVUE MAACO! They are too proud of themselves and obviously have enough business that they can now rip people off without any shred of remorse. You will LOVE Clayton and Woodinvilles Maaco shop.

If you are local to Bellevue, do yourself a favor and take the short trip to the Woodinville location... The Bellevue location was not friendly and not very knowledgeable about the paint services I was interested in, and they did not offer the current paint promotion that was advertised on TV and radio. All in all, I saved $4000 by going to the woodinville location. Thats right $4,000.. Im not sure if the guy at the Bellevue location was trying to pull one over on me to make a quick buck, or if he just really wasnt understanding what services I wanted. Dont go here....

I had a dent recently and Maacos quote was less than others by about 40%. At the end of the day, they did everything promised.. but the painting was sloppy... there was paint on the borders where there shud not be any. Also, the fitting of the parts was not up to the mark. Overall, if you do not want to spend too much to repair the car (read uninsured vehicles), maaco bellevue may be ok... Bottom line, you get what you pay for! They were on time and there were no hidden fees...

I will never recommend this place. The low quality work is not even worth the cheap price. I had a side impact on the door. Their estimate is only half of the 3 other shops. I felt I got a great deal. However, when I got my car back, I was so angry that I was treated, the door is now soft. I can easily push back and forth on the metal panel. The structure was obviously not fixed. They appeared rude when I complained about the quality. Very bad experience.

They did a great job with my 2010 RAV4, replacing my front bumper 2 years ago after getting into a low speed collision. Today I was there to get my scratches on my car looked after, the owner fixed it in a couple of minutes without charging me. Im sure anyone experienced with cars can probably fix the problem themselves, but at least for me they are honest and have great customer service!

They kept my car days past when they said it would be done, did a very poor paint job. I had overspray all over, the manager was very rude. If I had to do it all over again, I would not have ever gone to this Maaco in Bellevue. They do horrible work and I would not recommend this place to anyone!!! You get what you pay for but I spent $600 and did not even get what they promised.

I had a very good experience, no hidden costs, very friendly staff. I got repaired a dent here, absolute perfect. Infact, I am so impressed to write this review, though they did not asked me to write a review still I am doing so. :)

Bad customer service. The $199 bumper paint special was a classic bait and switch. The additional fees not included in that deal were added on to make it about $340 before taxes.

I have used this shop for both painting and repairs for 15 years now. Ive had at least 5 jobs done in all. Ive been quite satisfied each time. Would recommend.
