The owner of this shop is a SCAM ARTIST. I heard about him through friends and unfortunately gave him a try. Julio sold me a 2016 Toyota Corolla. Yes I knew the car had been crashed. I was aware I was buying a salvaged car. Salvage does not mean broken down. He sold me the car for 8,400 and promised that hed fix it back up to perfect condition. I dont even think what he is doing here is legal. I gave him the money by the date he insisted. When I received the car the FIRST time the honk did not work. The passenger seat belt did not work and the part where the car was hit wasnt put on correctly. I didnt care much about it since I knew it was hit there and its not going to look brand new I get that. But the honk and the seat belt should have worked. The SECOND time I brought it back he fixed the honk. Leaving me still with an unsafe car due to a dysfunctional seat belt. He then said hed order a new seat belt for the car and I was content with that. The THIRD and last time I took the car back I had to pay a tow truck to take it at 2:30am because the car broke down and left me stranded. The gear shift had failed and the car had been changing from neutral to drive as I drove back to Redwood City from San Francisco. Luckily it didnt get stuck on the freeway. He then sent nasty text messages because I had the car towed to his shop in Redwood City without his permission. He still had the audacity to ask me very rudely "Really... but I lease at call or something you dont think

Man, i loved this place cause the workers actually show you what work is getting done man!! You can come in at anytime you want and theyll actually show you what theyre doing. It seems like they enjoy what theyre doing, and that they absolutly have a passion for their job. 10 out of 10 times i would recommend this shop to anyone!!
