I got rear ended a bit ago and took my car here. When I picked it up the gap between the bumper and hood was so big I could put my fingers in it up to the second knuckle. I was able to point out the problem from inside the office. Initially they tried to sell me on the idea that it was supposed to be that way. This was so ridiculous that they quickly agreed to take another look. While adjusting the fit they broke the windshield and told me the fine print clearly states that this is not their responsibility. Id need to make a second insurance claim. In the beginning I asked for a quote to take out a few door dings since other than those and the collision damage, the car was perfect. They forgot about it. But based on the other work, I decided itd be best to take the car elsewhere to have those dealt with. All in all the final results were ok, but it was rough getting there. +P

My insurance company tired to work with Anderson Behel for 7 weeks to get my car, a 2013 Nissan 370Z Nismo edition repaired. Anderson Behel was unwilling to negotiate on the repair costs so after 3 different adjusters that my insurance hired, my insurance company finally called me and said we have now deemed your car as total loss due to the unwillingness of Anderson Behel to negotiate on the repair costs. Ive had to use repair shops numerous times now and I have never had a car that was deemed a total loss and those repairs were more extensive then what this car had. Never take your car here unless you really dont want the car back because this repair shop will bleed every penny they can think of on a repair bill and refuse to negotiate on the costs to get the car fixed. The car only had 5,000 miles on it because I was planning on keeping it a long time.

Had a run in with an SUV bumper in the Santana Row parking lot. I found Anderson-Behel through my insurances approved body shop list. I have been with USAA my whole life and completely trust their judgement. I had called several of the body shops on the list and Mariah made an impression on the phone with her positive attitude. When I got to A-B, Mariah assisted me in submitting my claim while Billy completed the estimate. They were also super dog-friendly, which always earns brownie points in my book! Mariah contacted Enterprise to set up my rental car and the shuttle car was there to pick me up by the time the paperwork was finished. Five days later, I had my car back looking shiny, clean, and dent free! Everyone at Anderson-Behel was super friendly and accommodating and made a stressful situation a positive experience. Thanks Jeff, Billy, and Mariah!!

Yes the quality of the workmanship was good. Mariah is a shining star within your organization. She was diligent about providing me with daily briefings. She always appears to be in good cheer. You guys need to get her a wireless headset as shes cradling the phone on her shoulder and she spends way to much phone time to do that. This is going to cause her problems at some point in time in the future. She was great. I would tell my friend or family that the work is top notch, and the customer service people are great. Bill is good, knowledgeable and overall a decent guy. I would tell them to pin the body shop down on the delivery date, or keep in communication with you about the repair. Again Mariah was great in keeping me posted daily.

Car accident is not a fun thing; particularly if the other partys insurance refused to pay. I appreciate that Anderson Behel quoted a reasonable price and understood my concern on leaving my car as short of time as possible in the body shop. Also, I have to thank Mariash Cardenas for all her follow-up and consideration. She is the main source of my great impression of the company. I also thank her to make the process much less painful. She is great. The reason I like this shop: - if they can get a new part in the same price of the refurbished one. They get the one new one for me. - follow up calls every day since my car was in the body shop. - reasonable price - take initiative to find how to save my money

I came in on Monday to have some work done on my 2012 Hyundai Sonata. I was really in a bad predicament. All of my worries faded after coming here. I want to thank all the people who assisted me with the best professionalism I have seen in a long time. Mariah was a true sweetheart from the very beginning til the end. She is very personable and friendly. She gave me a few perks as well at the end. Bill was my estimator and gave me a reasonable quote within my price range. I also want to give a shout out to the shuttle drivers who are really nice. My overall experience was excellent and would refer anyone I know that needs body work or paint job to go here. Excellent job done on my car. It looks better than new!

Anderson Behel is the best shop I have ever dealt with. They are very reliable, professional, fast, customer oriented, and their warranty on the work is outstanding! They go the extra mile on small things, like calling the car rental company to pick up and can drop off the rental car at their shop. So I dont have to take extra time to drop off the rental car at a different location! They even clean the car inside (inside and outside); which I was not expecting! They always greeted me with a smile and made eye contact.

I broke my mirror and need to get it fix asap. I went there on Friday evening. I thought, I wont be do anything. Few other shops closed on my face.. cant blame them but I had my new mirror in hand and need to fix few nut/bolts.. Other stores shows they are open till 6pm,but this close early. At Anderson, they were friendly, and helped me even at 5pm Friday evening professionally. They gave me quote on further coloring the mirror, but later I dint want to held up anyone on Friday evening.. Cheers.

The shop is full of professionals. From the front office to the shop they all know their jobs and do them well. We had a time critical situation and they helped us to meet our needs. Quality is excellent and price is fair. The girls at the front desk were very nice. Bill.. well, Bill is a star! Keen eye for detail and helped us all along the way to get back on the road. Keep that guy and maybe give him a little raise!

Very bad. Would never recommend. AAA said they sent my claim info to them and that they would call me to set up an appointment. Never heard from them. I had to call them to set up an appointment. I called and after 20 mins on the phone they finally found my claim info. When I showed up they said they had never received my claim info. They are very unorganized. Will never come back.

I was able to schedule an appointment for an estimate without any trouble. The appointment ran on-time and went smoothly. The employee performing the estimate was professional and worked quickly. I will be returning to have the job done shortly and was informed that it would not be a problem to leave the vehicle for several days after the work is complete.
