We were told our car was ready to pick up, but the repairs were not done properly. We had to take the car back to the shop to have them re-do things that we didnt initially see because it was raining, and instead of taking the car home again we had point out things they hadnt done properly, multiple times. They didnt do the door handle at all the first time, then simply put clear coat over scratches in the paint. The last time we picked up the car, there were scratches in the paint under the clear coat on the door, as well. The wheel well and fuel door did not align properly, there were non-repaired scratches around the fuel door, and there was some visible inconsistency in the paint of the wheel well. We gave them multiple chances to fix the work, but whoever did the final inspection/quality control missed things that it took me less than 30 seconds to find. In the end we took the car to a different shop to be fixed properly.

Made an appointment with them a week in advance for a repair (NOT AN ESTIMATE), showed up on time as agreed and was told that they could not take in the car and that they were full. They could have called ahead of time, let us know, ridiculous in this day and age for that to happen. The lady at the front desk mentioned that this has happened quite a bit. So they know they have a problem, and yet they dont have a way to deal with it or at least notify customer...complete and utter fail.

Perfect paint work. They made my car look like nothing happened, and the finished ahead of schedule. I am docking 1 star for the fact that I asked that my car and windows NOT to be washed, but they were washed anyways. I even had a Clear sign in my car that said this. When I picked up my car, I was disappointed to find my dashcam removed and hanging from a wire in the car, and my good to go pass on the dash. Not the end of the world, but certainly disappointing.

Another company installed a new drivers side window improperly. The door and window were not operating properly. I asked them to advise me what it would take to fix it. 20 minutes later I was on my way--no charge. I will refer them to anyone needing work and take my future business to them as well. Everyone is very friendly and professional.
