Couldnt be happier with these folks! I took my car in with very little visible damage after a fender bender, but was concerned that there might be more going on. Dan was helpful and friendly from start to finish, and the repair was done days ahead of schedule! Another shop had told me that it would be two weeks before they could even look at it and then another week or more for the repairs, so needless to say I was amazed by the speed and quality of Carstars work. Would definitely recommend them and would take my car back to them in a heartbeat. Thank you!!

I had a great experience with Dan and Nick. They were super communicative and helpful throughout the entire process. They ensured I was taken care of and provided me with all my options, rather than forcing me into one or doing what was easiest/best for them. It was a bonus to see my car washed and detailed on the inside. No one was able to notice where the original damage or repairs were made, it was done so well. They got my car back in time for a road trip and made the weekend! Thank you! Will come back here and highly recommend.

Brought my vehicle in for some front end damage repair. I expected to take about a week to complete, but they finished in three days, and when I went to pick up my car, it looked all shiny and new. It hasnt looked that good in years. The inside was vacuumed and detailed and there were two colorful Gerbera daisies in the console. So lovely! Everyone there is super friendly and professional, too.

Slow and overcharged for work performed compared to other shops. They could not set door gaps, missing small parts, overspray, sloppy. Price first quoted was below other shops but it ended up higher in the final bill and they did not even do the same amount of work. Ended up sending it to another shop to finish the job.

Bothell Auto Rebuild has been courteous, friendly and prompt on all three cars and company vans. Workmanship has been excellent & admired by insurance company representatives. Would only recommend this company and have already done so many times. Chris is an amazing professional
