Originally read the reviews and thought that I would be in good hands....how wrong was I. Had a minor fix needed for a body panel, just a couple screws on the BMW to fix it. Scheduled an appointment, owner Pete, was a no show. Spent about 15 minutes waiting and finally, an employee looked at the car and attempted to screw it in. 45 minutes go by and it cant be done, again needing special screws, mind you Pete knew I was coming in, the car type, and gave an estimate- should have had the screws. Pete finally shows up 45 minutes late- his excuse is "I always work out 1030-1130" so me as the customer am an hour early. He told me "why didnt you just drop off the car and go somewhere for an hour"- well as we all know, no one would just drop off their car with a random person and come back later (no one was in the office/Pete was gone), that is a huge liability. He proceeded to complain that I was watching his guys work and that because I didnt just drop off the car, he didnt want to work on it- after his employee had already started to pull the panel off. I have never been so disrespected and felt as though a business was this shady than with Kirkland Auto Body Repair. I would not recommend them to anyone and would suggest other auto body repairs in Bellevue over them. Save yourself!!!

Kirkland auto body is one of the most honest and reliable shops around. Pete is a very knowledgeable person when it comes to collision repair. Very friendly service and always willing to work with the customer with whatever they need. Whenever I call or stop by, hes always willing to stop and talk about where the progress of my car is. Pete is very honest person and wont charge you or make you pay for something thats not needing replacement. If youre going through insurance or paying cash out of pocket, Pete will do his best to make you happy with the end result. The quality and customer service is second to none. Paint came out flawlessly and looked better than before the accident. I will definitely bring my car back when I need some more work.

When I accidentally wrecked my wifes Jeep Liberty, I knew Id have to pay for it. We had a heavily dented passenger side fender that would have to be replaced along with the flare. I had also been postponing a much needed treatment to the hood because of Oxidation. After doing some price checking, Kirkland Autobody was the least expensive by about 20%. To my luck, the bill was even cheaper when they forgot to charge me for the paint. Bruce, the owner, noticed that he had forgotten to add it in the final receipt, but he was kind enough to not to charge me more than the amount on the receipt. I prefer to keep my automobiles in good shape, but if I ever need body repair again I will take it here.

The owners and employees of this body shop drive 80 MPH+ on our shared 25 MPH street, racing what could be YOUR CAR up and down the block without regard for anyones life or property---ours, our children, pets, or yours! The entire street of neighbors has petitioned the city of Kirkland to install speed control measures, which would inconvenience us all, only because Bruce (in his speeding turquoise Porsche) and his employees continually use our otherwise quiet street their own personal racetrack. Just sayin, there are a lot of body shops, why patronize one that is so careless with his own communitys customers...

This is now the 4th time I have used them and I should have wrote a review sooner but oh well, here I go: Great body shop and great pricing! I could have spent $4345 BUT they did the same job for $1667, they use non-OEM parts at my request to save money and I could not tell the difference. I did not want to go through insurance and this place really was the best option. The people are friendly and the owner is very nice.
