I have been a client of Mollys for years. The past year, with the new coloring system, my hair has been awful. The grey is not covered and she continues to go darker than my roots. I do not want dark brown hair! My last color was a disaster - I asked for a light to medium brown with subtle and blended highlights. I got DARK BROWN with light blonde streaks. I told her this looks AWFUL and I got attitude. Sorry to screw up the salon client schedule! She half hazardly tried to tone down the white streaks but I finally left after her assistant gave me the worst blow out. I ended up going home, dying the streaks darker and restyling my hair. I now have another appointment with a hair stylist (recommended) to fix this mess at another salon. I will never go back!!!!

I went to Melissa for a hair cut and color. She totally messed up the color. She made it darker than the color I was born with and it looked awful. I called to talk with her and she insisted that she did a good job and matched the color I had on my ends. She was arrogant and unhelpful. When I called her a second time, at first she agreed to add some highlights to remedy the situation but then said she would have to charge me for the highlights (she said Mollie, who owns the salon told her to charge for the service). I went to see Mollie personally and she said she is not Melissas boss and can not tell her to charge or not to charge. Not only did Melissa do a bad job with my color, she also lied. I will never go back to her.

Ive had several fantastic hair cuts by Janelle and her assistant Morgan. This is a 5 star place with great professional hair stylists esp Janelle !

Mollie is just magic when it comes to hair...coloring, straightening...whatever chemical is needed, she knows just the right mix!
