The gloves provided for the girls are way too big. It felt like someone rubbing a Jiffy bag across my face and made her rather clumsy trying to keep them in check. The facial wasnt thorough nor relaxing but the girl was nice and did try. Its unfortunate in a business that heavily employs women, who typically have small hands, cant get gloves right.. What a waste of skilled hands! If your getting your hair done here watch the temperature on blow dryer. Your hair and scalp will get fried in a hurry! Its way too pricey for that kind of behavior. An organic salon should be focused on the health of your hair not trendy minute hairstyles.

Went in for the first time to get some blue highlights put into my hair. Booked with Erika Covey and she did an amazing job. Showed her a picture of what I was going for and she was able to do an excellent job on the style and color. The service was great and never felt uncomfortable during the entire process. Often times you can get someone who can be rough when cutting your hair and it isnt relaxing at all. But I walked out quite satisfied. It is so hard to find a decent hair dresser but I think Ill be coming back here many times in the future.

The girls here are all so nice and I hate leaving a bad review, but Ive gone here twice now and ended up crying at home because my hair had been so awful. Each time has been color with different girls, and each time I end up going home with a result ten time darker than what I asked for. Yesterday I went in wanting a balayage, mainly to be a more platinum blonde and after coming home and seeing my hair in my own lighting its basically all orange, and my roots are barely darker than the overall product- so Im extremely nervous for grow out now.

Erika saved my hair! Having pretty big, curly hair, not everyone is able to successfully do it but Erika made it exactly how I wanted! She made sure I knew what cuts and styles worked best for me and made me feel completely at ease the whole time (usually Im sitting in the chair having panic attacks watching people cut it). She also completely saved my hair from a pretty bad undercut and about a year worth of erratic cuts from elsewhere. Amazing. 10/10 recommend!

I was able to make a reservation for later that day for both myself and my daughter. There was no wait when we arrived for our appointment. We were both getting haircuts for a new style. Both stylists did an excellent job. They listened and created the style that we wanted and gave great advice for how to care for the style. We will be returning.

Its extremely clean, and the ladies are very professional. I appreciate that Diane was honest about the fact that tinted brows would probably look ridiculous on me (she put it differently). Prices are good.
