I had been here for waxing. They do a horrible job at it. I scheduled an appointment expecting they would at least give me enough time. But no, they barely "operated" on me for 5 mins max and rushed to attend other customers. First off, two off them wax you together. Yes, they dont show enough decency to treat you like a human being. Youre just a job they need to get done with. They ask me to change into so dirty looking robe. Then they start, two ladies, doing two legs together, followed by two arms together and then two underarms together!! It was a nightmare! They apply steaming hot wax (not bothering to check if its too hot for you) and pull off the hair on both legs simultaneously! Its like cleaning a kitchen sink with tough stains - they put all the force together assuming the surface is going to handle it! I came home with bleeding underarms! Secondly, they very obviously are saving on the disposable wax strips. Even when there is a thick layer of wax already stuck on the strip, they keep using it until they have covered every bare space on both its sides. It looks gross! Those strips are not even expensive man! The worst part is no one bothers of comforting you.. Leave alone comforting, they dont even talk to you.. Since they work in pairs, they keep chatting in their native language while you keep staring at the wall (there is nothing interesting in the room to stare at) and hope that it gets over soon.. They took just 10 minutes waxing my full legs, arms and underarms.. Imagine the drill!! I totally recommend you to NOT go there for waxing!! Trust me, its not worth it..

I had been here for waxing. It was the same horrible experience that the earlier 2 reviews on waxing mention. Visit this place for eyebrows; if at all you should - nothing else. Quality of work: 2 of them work on you at the same time. One of them was clearly an apprentice. The other lady was teaching her. They try to save on waxing strips and do a shoddy job of waxing. While I had entered with an intention to wax arms and legs, I had to leave after the legs were done looking at the quality of their work. Pricing: Prior to starting she checked on hair growth and stated a price. On billing the owner charged more and rudely argued that they had to work more. Cleanliness: The change of clothes they offer is not clean. I used a set and they offered the same to the next lady. I know it because this happened as I was picking my bag to leave. Eyebrows: The lady who did my eyebrows was good. The star is for her! :)

The worst haircut i ever had in my life. She even dont know how to hold the scissors for cutting the hair. The haircut I had was like cutting a 12 year old kid. She spoiled my hair, wasted my time and money(20$ I can cut better than this). This is not a review from other parlous. Its really a customer review. so guys if you want to have a nice hair cut stay away from bombay beauty salon, Bellevue. This place looks cheap but the prices are not that economical. They did a sub-par job on my eyebrows and facial,. The lady who did my facial told me one rate but the rude guy at the counter charged me more. Also the lady mentioned they do accept Credit cards ( unless its just eyebrows) but the rude guy said they dont. THis inconvenienced me a lot and I had to ask my Husband to get cash so that I could pay and get out. I will not go here again and suggest you DONT goo here either. I Went to their REDMOND place.

I went there once before and the woman who threaded my eyebrows did a great job but the second time I went another women threaded my eyebrows and did a horrific job. One of my eyebrows is thinner, higher, and does not match the other one at all. The shape of my eyebrows has also been changed to something completely different than I had before. I specifically told the woman what to do as well and she did not deliver. Im very disappointed. Wont ever go again.

The worst experience EVER! Very unprofessional staff and the owner. They will charge extra amount irrespective of the hair growth for waxing. Charging extra amount is understandable and I am fine with it but the WORST and unprofessional part is they asked the tip shamelessly. Whoever is reading this review I suggest you to go to other salon though it is costly..

Took my daughter to get her hair trimmed this morning. The lady there did it unprofessionally, would have gotten better results if I had cut it at home with household scissors. Took less than a minute for a $20 haircut. Seemed to have no professional training. $20 a minute is a rip off price. I will never go to this place

Awesome haircut at a descent price. Its a wholesome family salon. I got my haircut and my wife got her eye-brows done last week and I would say we are very much satisfied with the quality of service rendered to us at the salon. Will definitely recommend to other friends and will surely visit the salon again.

Its was my first and last time very bad service and she only accept cash!!! For the shityyy work than she is doing veryyyyyyyy bad .... they also hurt your face they dont care if your in pain she did not even tooke all hair off because she was going way to fast now I have rash all over my face!!!!!

Pathetic! Pathetic! Pathetic! Seriously.!!! I saw Indian salons, and they are much more better than this one, even in India too. They dont provide any "QUALITY" to there customer. It was the same horrible experience that the earlier 2 reviews(Paulo K, Mary Dsouza) on waxing mention.

.I had gone to this place several times for my threading . There are hardly 2-3 people who has experience in doing eyebrows. Rest f them do it very roughly. And for straight haircut the price is really high
